on the website it says you have 14 days money back garentee.

you dont mention when you first started using their platform. was it the first time using it when you bought premium on 11/2/21? if it was started earlier then they cant refund you since that 14 day window is gone.

also complaints board is more like a note board. they cant really do more then educate others on companies wrong doings.
ok i see one oops on your part. asking for a refund means your asking for a cancellation of the service provided [in this case plane tickets]. if you had asked them to reschedule the flights then it would have still had the tickets and not this mess. i mean that's how it reads to me. though i always try and get the plane tickets from the airline themself not booking sites.
do you have a alexa. firestick, or a kindle?

if you removed a card from the account there is always [from my experience] a button that reads "save changes". did you click that button after removing your card?

while it is TOS that might be unclear its not uncommon for companies to ask so they can investigate any issues. what google actually wants is to know the one who you purchased from and to see if it is one of their accounts. if it isnt they can take action against that party but also confirm if you have a legitimate claim. if it was from a unauthorized 3rd party they have a right to refuse service since 3rd party is covered by their retail partner list. if the seller is not on the list than its up to google to choose if they want to or not in servicing your claim. some other companies do the same thing and it is listed in the terms of service [not unclear but not as detailed as mine.] under "use 3rd party accessories at your own risk".
i never been in a planet fitness myself but i never seen a fire alarm like the one that it sounds like you encountered. all the ones i seen its nearly impossible to activate accidentally. the one that sits near my desk i would have to put my fingers in the pull table around a plastic shield that you need to lift first.

though even with that said, they should not have reacted that way to such a event. hope this is resolved for you.

she was right to be concerned about the dogs safety. it is suggested you do not leave your pets in a car in the car [they mention hot weather but i believe any weather] by the humane society. though the way she approached it is not the right way. if there was a real danger to the pets i'm sure you would have taken care of it civilly, or she should have called someone with authority to examine the situation if she couldn't peacefully resolve the situation. to call another company to complain about them is highly unprofessional.
you are reading the right complaint? the OP stated they both had valid tickets and paperwork. the flight company gulf air refused their tickets due to a mandate that was not in effect or listed for their situation. they personally did not insult the emirates, it was gulf air who was throwing the insults. it looks like emirates provided the booking and gulf air was the flight provider. there was no 3rd party holding the tickets [according to complaint], their was miscommunication between carriers and rude staff on one side of the trip. the reason the staff of the emirates had to step in is because of the gulf air staff saying you have to check with them. OP i hope this is solved for you in a manor that helps everyone.
this is unusual, usually they email, call, and knock on your door if they plan to do stuff like this. you don't live in a HOA or a community complex correct? if you do then the HOA/complex management should have alerted you via email or notice in mailbox/on your door. if neither one then someone dropped the ball here and it should be rectified quickly.
it ISNT illegal for security purposes for the company to ask for your ID. they have had that policy since world of warcraft started. it is a verrification process for if you fail to answer the security questions on your account. i have had to send it many times for verification due to my account becoming locked from a glitch on the mobile app.

in the user agreement it reads "You must be and hereby affirm that you are an adult of the legal age of majority in your country and state of residence. If you are under the legal age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this agreement..." then continues in section 12 part A "the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”)." later mentions not subject to limitations in usa.

usage of ID is i believe verification that you are the account holder based on whats in the account data [the city registered in, the location you placed in account], your IP address [yes they can see it based on login], and if there is something that would make you a liability to the company.

though i never questioned them on why they need it since i havent had to do anything beyond asking for resets.

OP these restrictions you mentioned have been in place since before 2013 [that i actually paid attention to them existing]. Recently there has been allot of questionable content that has been on the platform for years that clashed with the rules [they skirted for unknown reasons. possibly no one who had issues with it didn't see it]. the reason some click is because of a catchy title or recently it is in the suggested content feed. those who have a issue thought by the title it was what they liked only to find it is offensive content. if you left its not because of the rules. you just feel that its not the place for your entertainment.

lost revenue? well that i attribute to the suggestion feed being merged with your notifications of new content your subscribed to. i have noticed i miss content from my subscriptions many times even months later i find I'm behind in some videos because they get drowned by suggested content [some i don't approve of].
when i looked last night the dislike button still exists but the counter that tallies the dislikes is gone. you speak the truth without the dislike number visible we can not make a educated decision on if the content is good or bad.

i haven't seen what it looks like on the content creator side but helps them also in what content the viewers don't want to see. like if it is a you-tuber who plays games. [example] they might have say a skyrim video with 2mil likes [hidden is 10mil dislikes] and say a GTA video with 50k likes [hidden 4 dislikes]. how are they to know not to play skyrim in their next video if they cant see the dislikes?

blame the youtube account holders who allow their kids on the regular platform and not the youtube kids. they cant enforce the rule of keeping kids on youtube kids if they dont know if your letting your kids on the regular platform. they assume by how the complaints are worded that the kid "accidentally" sees the adult content when your watching youtube.
while i dont fully agree with, the first part of your complaint up to "by removing", you are correct.

currently we cant have a opinion on content via the dislike button due to the number of dislikes being hidden. this is a disgrace to the name youtube and should not be allowed to continue.
i have seen Bosnian Bill's content before. he may have made a clerical error and said it was part of your company by accident. i haven't seen the one you mentioned but i have seen other lock pickers have say a similar lock they reference as "like this one from [insert company name]" again might be a mistake in referencing the locks and companies. usually he is very careful with his work.

deviantart scans pictures when they are put up for viruses, if you need to go to another site to download it [some artists have a higher resolution stored elsewhere] then your open to getting viruses. though they maybe already on your computer.

OP from what i understand every company has reduced staff due to recent events. on every website i been to they mention "due to the pandemic 'services' [depends on the company] there maybe slow due to short staff."

if i recall Microsoft has reduced staff and working hours to prevent spread of the pandemic. the rewards program i forget if it is a in house team or not but they may not have the staff to take care of it.

I just checked Microsoft support page and they have this under the Microsoft rewards points help section. "Microsoft account Refunds of points may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once you order a Reward, you cannot cancel it or return it for a refund of points. If you have questions about an order, contact Microsoft Rewards Support." So it maybe that you are not eligible for refund or your case was considered not refundable since you were able to use 1 code.

OP i know this is late but this is not a fluke. its a anti cheat mechanic that is in about 99% of MMO games that have pvp matches. some people in the past have disconnected their network to evade loosing, rejoin the same game and move on to win cause the system reset their health.

Though i will say it does need tweaks. in WOW when you DC, get kicked out of a group for unknown reasons, or leave a toxic group you immediately get a debuff preventing you from joining a new que for a new group. i have had that debuff way to many times for something as simple as being booted from a group just cause i pressed need on armor i needed as a upgrade to current gear. they should have a pop up window made for when something like this happens so you can explain your self then the program checks that vs the reason you left the group [DCED or kicked out.] if i left cause we were loosing then debuff. if i left cause it was toxic no debuff.

in your case it would be you DCed so the system should have been more forgiving.
unless it changed their supposed to subtract $100 each time you call and a issue isnt resolved. so in my calculations they owe you not $100 but $900 [if the "we will take 100 off your bill if we cant fix it." still exists.

its a scam, i don't have McAfee and I'm being sent scam emails saying my coverage is expiring [17 times? lol]. i ignore it cause its silly they send me it when I'm not on the platform at all. only time I'm on it is if i get it stock wise on a new computer [then i uninstall it and put my preferred antivirus programs.]
recently there have been McAfee scams going around saying it will expire soon. i get them and i am not a McAfee customer. i just ignore them and go on my way. i also report them to the McAfee scam department. i don't have on hand the email sorry.
don't forget there is still a pandemic going on so that means they are short staff for drivers and warehouse workers. on top of that more people are home ordering from amazon. both combined means more stops for the drivers. your package may have been 1 that was not delivered within working hours because of this.

i don't know about their current full policy, though i do know they MUST show proof of delivery which is why he needed the porch picture. as for why he didn't hand them to you maybe cause of the pandemic stretching them thin so he had other deliveries to complete before his shift was over. with that said he should have still took the pic then handed them to you or at least apologized before running off as you say he did.
that is strange, THOUGH when you open a product page it lists under the product name the seller. it sounds like this one was being sold by Electronic Exchange Inc not samsung in canada.

i followed the link you showed and found this line "Place of Business Mississauga, ON L5M 9Z9, CA "

though it does say above in the product info in your picture sold and shipped by amazon ca they have have it in stock to ship from them. sometimes it says that but the seller is another company. with that in mind it looks like you bought it from the exchange and not amazon itself.
