OMG your such a [censored]. Match.com is for people looking for relationships, not casual sex. If you wanna be more of a slutt, kinda figuring from the casual sex and the STDs, then join a site all about sex like adultfriendfinder

Try reading the Terms of Use [censored]. There is also a paragraph in BOLD right before you click submit on the website about the auto renew program. Dont blame Match.com just because you dont know how to read something before you put your credit card info in. How stupid are you?
Wow ok, another [censored]. On match.com there is a link that says "Let Match.com introduce you to Chemistry". When you click that link. it goes to chemistry.com with same username and pw as match.com. Then it asks if you wanna transfer your profile over, then you answer the personality survey. (wow hard not to notice all that, but wait theres more to do) In order to become a subscriber to chemistry, you would have to imput your credit card number and pick a subscription plan. So even if you had a subscription already to match.com, and thought it was the same, why would you put your credit card number in twice. Duh, you were signing up to a different website. Pay more attention and maybe you wouldnt have to complain about something just so you dont feel like a stupid ###.

I too agree with the comments made by Priscilla. I went into Mervyn's yesterday with my daughter and my mom. My daughter (two yrs) was standing by me with a purse she had gotten off a purse table. She was "helping" me shop. She would move the purse from the table to the rack by me, and then back to the table. She did this several times. She was about two to three from me and about the same from my mother. A store employee came over and starting yelling at her, "No, no, no you can't move all those purses." The table that my daughter had moved the ourses from all messed up (as the stores stuff usally is) and she assumed that my daughter had made all the mess. My daughter ran over to me and staring crying. My mother said, please do not talk with my granddaughter that way. The women replied "I did not talk to her any differnt then I speak to my own grand children". My mother said "That is not the point, please do not scold my grand daughter". "You can talk to me if you have a problem with her". The employee responded with "Would you like me to call security?" I then jumped in and asked "For what?". Mom mother said "If you feel you need to then call." She said my name is *** call if you have a problem with me. I then asked she call a manger. After three attemps, no one will respond. So I go to a differnt counter and ask for a store manager. The lady respinds can I help you. I tell her the story, she sayd I will call a manager. After four attemps they tell me she must be at lunch. "Ok, who us the acting manager"? I respond. A lady walks over and says can I help you? I tell her the story and she says OK let me get the store manager. Then the again try to call someone. Another four or five pages. Finally a man comes out, the first lady let without waiting for him. So he wonders aorund for a while not knowing what they paged him for. Finally I ask him are you Dennis? He responds "Yes". I tell him the story. He says "Ok, I will let the store manager know." That is all, he does not ask how can I make this better. No apology, nothing.
If the transactions are being debited directly from your account, the merchant is processing this transaction as an ACH, in other words, they are using your account number and routing number, or they may be using your debit card. Either way, if it is unauthorized and you are unable to resolve the issue with the merchant directly, you can file a dispute with your bank for unauthorized charges.

If you didnt procvide this merchant with your information, depending on how they are processing the item, you may need to close the account and/or card and open a new one so that they dont start charging you again.
Beward of DEEPDISCOUNTDVD.COM They too will sign you up for the $10 ShopperDiscount BS service.
I put up one of my extra RS accounts just to see what would happen. A week later I got RS with my main and I saw that my other character was online. When I attempted to access my Accounts.net account via e-mail I am directed to a page that says: "This Account Is Not Ready Check Back Later". It had been posted on the website for about 2 weeks and now all of a sudden it is gone. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. AVOID IT.

I spoke with a Mrs. Pitts and a supposed Supervisor by the name of Mrs Sabrina...Both yelling at me and harrassing me for a payment that I fullfilled months ago. I never received a letter that stated that I fullfilled my part of the deal from them and now they are trying to get me to pay the bill AGAIN! They are very rude, unprofessional, and they are thieves...

Rebecca, you have no idea how wrong your statements are. TLE techs are not just random people from other departments, every tech we have needed previous experience with cars before they were hired. Simple questions about cars help find people who already know what not to do. Even the service writers (the people who greet you at the door) need to go through the training so if they work on a vehicle they know what to do and how to do it safely. And yes, stuff does get broken, but it is usually not from neglect, but from previous damage to the vehicle. If people were willing to do basic maintenence on their vehicles most of the claims would not happen. And by the way, not all management lies, but it sounds like the customer service reps do. I hope it's lonely up there on your pedestal because you don't deserve any friends with the crap your feeding the people on this site.
As a manager myself for this sorry company, I am sorry for the treatment you received by this very stupid manager. We have a unspoken rule refered to as the "$50 rule". If a customer is dissatisifed with a product that costs under $50, with or without a receipt and it is our product we are to do WHATEVER it takes to make the customer happy, even if it is over 30 days!

My advice is to call 1-800-theshack, it will then ask you for the zip code for the store, and then you will be forwarded to that stores district office. Should that not work call another store and ask for the district office number (tell them you want to give a compliment if they ask why) you'll get the number.

Had you come to my store, you would have left with brand news batteries
The reason they fill the cup with ice is because the tea is made fresh and tea that is made fresh is brewed with hot water. When the hot tea hits the ice, it simply adds more water to the tea which is what tea is made out of anyway. Relax...Enjoy the day for crying out loud!
Is'nt it common for most extended warranties to only cover one replacement? From the sounds of it though you had the orginal less than a year so that should be covered by the manufacturers warranty and shouldn't have affected your extended warranty...

I am doing a masters paper on internet fraud companies and used this company for part of my research. I bought a shirt and received it no problem. Some of you must not have read the store policies pages. First, Anothony you have posted here before the possible quote of 20 business days has expired. Grey as a Business grad, I can say if you think any of what you are doing in class is even close to as complex as it should be in the real world you are dreaming. As a salesman, there is a such thing as a bad consumer. The store policies are there for a reason to let customers know what to expect when doing business with a company. Second Jackson, you have no idea what you are talking about and have not done your research. If you looked into the company and the manfactors they sell for, you would know that there biggest supplier and and most popular shirt company is Junk Food. A little research about Junk Food would let you find out Junk Food only prints shirts a certain amount of time then stops for a awhile. This means that any company that sells them needs to wait and find out from the manufacturer when they can get the shirt and put the orders on wait lists. This is just a Junk Food example put other popular brands have the same problem types. You are right when you say the company is a middle man, but your understanding of it is off. Teeshirtsrock is the same type of middle man as a Best Buy. They sell other peoples products, so if they are out of stock its the manufactors you want to blame. Do people do to Best Buy what you consumers do to teeshirsrock when PS3, xbox 360s, or nintendo wiis were out of stock? The answer is No. At least teeshirtsrock gives its customers a warning in their store policies. If there is one thing that makes me mad in a economy where businesses already have it hard, it is mindless consumers.
chris,

I thought the same way when I first read the contract. I was so sceptical I asked a friend of mine that is a judge and becouse of the wording of the contract basiclly what it comes down to is, you sign it you are screwed.

If you were interested in making money from google adsense, it is a long and hard journey. It takes some serious work to build up good ad campaigns and proper ad placement. That is why they hire people at 100, 000+ per year to do Search Engine Optimization and content building for large sites that actually DO make money.

Others should take this as a lesson not to be scammed by yet another "Fast money quick" scheme.. there IS no such thing.

If you would have GOOGLED for Google Pay Day.. you would have seen the numerous complaints on this scam...

Shame on Google? Just because they use the name "Google" in their scam.. calling it "Google Pay Day" does not mean that it is associated with Google. Shame on Google for allowing this to continue... thats where the shame is.

You should try www.resaleripoffs.com. They helped me get my money back in full from one company and a partial refund on the second. I will never pay upfront again. They get peoples money back from timeshare resale companies, have a complaint forum, and do investigations on shady companies in the timeshare resale industry. Good luck.

Unfortunately they closed down and opened up in another state under a different name. Was fun while it lasted though.
Google timeshare fee recovery. There are services out there that specialize in fee recovery of timeshare resales. In my opinion the best one to work with is ResaleRipoffs.com
