well, people by nature want to try to pin the blame elsewhere whenever they can. in this case, she can obviously try to pin blame on TM, but lest we forget the whole reason why TM is being blamed. the kid ran away for a reason. if the kid didnt run away, there wouldnt be this complaint.
and as i always preach, the information that isnt being told will be detrimental to the persons complaint.
THE CUSTOMER OR PARENT IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT
in this case, if the customer is always right, you negated that fact because the customer is wrong in this situation.
as a former manager of a pizza hut, they weigh out the pasta and sauces for the pasta. just because they ran out of the larger pans and used two small pans, you got the correct amount. they have a digital scale they use to weigh it all out to ensure that everyone gets the same, correct amount.
who charged you for what?
check engine light is one of the easiest fixes. unfortunately, this is just somethign that happens with miles. the problem typically is a bad oxygen sensor or you need to tighten your gas cap. usually, its the gas cap if its completely random. could also be that you need a tune up. if the light flashes on occasion, there is a misfire and would have something to do with plugs or wires
you drive pretty continuously and you have wear spots on the steering wheel. sounds normal.
keeping batteries on the charger does reduce the life. same holds true for laptops.
dsl is just a bad idea to go with period. dsl connections are so fragile. thunderstorms, old wiring, long phone cords, stereo speakers near the phone line; all of these can cause issues with the connection. even alarm systems can cause problems
this is obviously fake, MTV doesnt show music! :)
the computer is technically the boss in some situations. the computer system is setup to allow transactions that are approved by corporate. they cannot override just because they may be a manager. there are some things that no one can override and this is probably one of them
...thats why he married me"
DGS, you rebuttals are weak
the picture doesnt show a design flaw, but whoever put that particular unit together caused the problem that you see and is obviously dangerous. you can see that the wire was pinched by the metal shield and the refrigerator body. its part of the main issue that you have. if it wasnt pinched, it wouldnt have the ability to get hot enough to melt the wire coating. over time, the heat got through the plastic
number one, . cvs pharmacy is going to have to retract their claim from bcbs so it isnt showing liability. as icu2 said, why would they have even processed it to begin with if you arent covered. Unless of course, you are just getting an EOB that says you they didnt cover it?
but, if they retract the calim from bcbs, they would basically reverse the whole charge.
especially with classics. always always always look at it first. just because it looks pretty on the outside, it will normally cloud your judgement when it comes to the actual condition of everythign else.
good thing that there are multiple gas stations and the ability for free will to use any gas station you would like.
yes. it is very dangerous considering you gave everyone on this website enough information to be able to call in to access your account and to be able to confirm that it is you that the rep is supposedly speaking with.
on a side note, why is it you are complaining about blue cross blue shield. they are supplying you the service. its the doctors office that is delaying things.
no cameras in the grooming room. hell, who needs them when you have a large pane of glass that everyone walking by can see through.
these trolls come up with horrible stories
the OP has the burden of proof since he is accusing. there are no facts, just accusations.
the website you got them from is obviously not the website of the actual UGG company. im guessing you got them at a great price. if its too good to be true, it is. You bought fakes from a fake ugg website
if you notice, someone is trolling. The OP has 1 post while the person posting responses, with the same name, has 5 responses.
good luck with that. i wouldnt doubt if they bring up the condition of the vehicle prior to the incident. the paint and body looked pretty bad as it was. good luck to you, but i dont forsee this one going far for you
if they want to get rid of the "email evidence" they dont need the computer back since emails are server based and not computer based. they obviously have access to their own email server.
i wont even go into the fact that you are holding THEIR property hostage. have fun with the return lawsuit because you are trying to blackmail them with the property you have basically stolen.
"I was advised by a lawyer to keep the computer and back up the pst file as evidence, until we figure out what to do. Banks can't erase emails for 7 years. So, having the emails on the client as evidence is super necessary. Without it, true heresay. I mean, you say email is server based so... are you claiming that the emails were not downloaded to the local Outlook client? If there were true, I would have given them back their asset asap since I wouldn't have anything lol. I'm an MCSE. I know what I am doing in this area. Funny thing is... I never signed any documents with WF saying that I would return their property. "
im starting to believe you less and less. IF YOU WERE an MCSE, you would know for fact that emails are server based.
having the email downloaded doesnt mean anything. you can photoshop or alter an email to make it look like it was recieved by your inbox. if there isnt a data trail, it means nothing. i never said it wasnt downloaded into the email inbox on the computer. but, its still on the server as well.
when you recieve company property, you dont get to keep it regardless of what you do or dont sign. they arent just going to give you a laptop and not worry anything about it. they also havent signed anythign saying that they wont attempt to regain control of their property. i suppose if they give you a company car, you would keep that too because you didnt sign anything. perhaps you should get some common sense training instead of being an opportunist and taking all the free stuff that you can.
but, at the end of the day, fact still remains the same, stop playing the race card. its old and annoying.
