Hello Andrew,

Thank you for your feedback about RegCure. Please know that it is not our intent to cause you frustration. Every computer is different so it is impossible for us to give exact information on this without knowing your system.

Registry items listed on the error list can be invalid when associated with non-existing folders or files. However, some entries may be valid. It is recommended that you only remove items that you know are invalid.

RegCure is one of the safest removal tools on the market and it is rare that it will remove something that a user requires but it can happen. RegCure does create a backup and restores easily if something is found to be awry after a cleaning.

If you have requested a refund or technical assistance and have not yet received it, please send another email to support@regcure.com and include your order # and or technical support staff will be delighted to assist you.

Kindest Regards,
Laura

RegCure is one of the safest removal tools on the market and it is rare that it will remove something that a user requires but it can happen. RegCure does create a backup and restores easily if something is found to be awry after a cleaning.

RegCure supports restoring backups of items that have been removed from your registry.

To restore one or more backup files:

Click the Backup button in the Main window.
Select one or more backup files.
Click the Restore button.

For Windows XP, you have an additional option you can select to ensure that a system restore point is created every time you perform a scan and remove. If you have Windows XP, click the Settings button in the Main window of RegCure and select the Create a system restore point option. A system restore point is created and you can access it by going to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore.

You can send items to the Ignore list during step 3 of the scan process. The items are not removed and RegCure will ignore these entries in upcoming scans.

To send items to the Ignore list:

Click the Ignore link next to any item.
To view items in your Ignore list:
Click the Settings button in the Main window and click the Ignore List tab.

You can remove an item in the Ignore list:
Select one or more items.
Click the Remove Selected button.
Refer to the RegCure help file for more information (click the Help button in the Main window or press the F1 key).

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance. For further technical support, please send an email to support@regcure.com and our technical support team will be delighted to assist you.

Hi Buddhabaker,

We offer a complete, 60-day satisfaction guarantee, so we'll be happy to assist with any issues that have arisen, or provide a refund if that is your preference.

Can you confirm that you submitted your support request via our official support page:
http://techsupport.paretologic.com/plsupport/consumer/search.asp

The link above also has instant chat and a phone number, if you would like to speak to a customer service representative right away.

Regarding automatic renewals, ParetoLogic customers can sign up for our “hands-free” automatic renewal so they don’t have to worry about remembering when their programs are due to expire. The automatic renewal service is offered on the original product purchase page, where it can be included or removed from the overall purchase.

You can cancel automatic renewals at any time, and our customer support representatives will be able to assist with this.

If you would rather cancel it manually, you can do this too.

First, you can create a SafeCart password to access your accounts. (“SafeCart” is ParetoLogic’s payment processor, which is why their website is used for account setup, and appears in the instructions below.)

1) Go to https://www.safecart.com/new-login/
2) Fill out the form with the details from your original ParetoLogic purchase
3) Make a secure password
4) Enter your password again in the "confirm password" box
5) Click "Create Account"

Now that you have a SafeCart account, you can log in and cancel automatic renewals by following these steps.

1) Go to https://www.safecart.com/login/ and log in using the password you just made
2) Click "Edit" next to the name of the ParetoLogic program you want to cancel
3) Click "Unsubscribe" directly above "Product Names"
4) When the "Are you sure?" warning appears, click “OK”

The product will no longer automatically renew.

Please let me know if you need any assistance, or if you have any questions - PM me any time.

Thanks,

Kai

Hello Mary,

It's difficult to provide specific advice here, as it is unclear what the original issue is. There is also mention of ParetoLogic FileCure in the title, and ParetoLogic DriverCure in the post itself - two different programs. Also, please note that ParetoLogic is the developer of these software programs, and SafeCart is a payment processor ( they ensure your transaction is safe and secure).

I also see that this issue occurred more than six months ago. Did you contact ParetoLogic for assistance at the time?

http://techsupport.paretologic.com/plsupport/consumer/search.asp

ParetoLogic is always available to provide technical support, information about your programs, and, as per our satisfaction guarantee, a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Please do let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

Hi Mary,

[You seem to have made multiple posts on the same subject, so my apologies if I repeat what has been said elsewhere. ]

It's difficult to provide specific advice here, as it is unclear what the original issue is. There is also mention of ParetoLogic FileCure in the title, and ParetoLogic DriverCure in the post itself - two different programs that solve very different problems.

Also, please note that ParetoLogic is the developer of these software programs, and SafeCart is a payment processor ( they ensure your transaction is safe and secure).

You mentioned contacting technical support to fix the original issue. Was this ParetoLogic support, or different support company? Did you contact ParetoLogic for assistance at any time?

http://techsupport.paretologic.com/plsupport/consumer/search.asp

ParetoLogic is pleased to provide a complete refund at any time within 60 days of purchase, as per our satisfaction guarantee. However, the customer is required to contact ParetoLogic to claim their refund.

If I have misunderstood, and you had requested a refund within 60 days, then please message me your contact details. Or contact ParetoLogic support directly to get the issue resolved.

Thank you.
