I did get my funds back as I paid with Pay Pal and now will go in and check the recurring and will change passdwords.
My computer was slow but is really bad now since downloading safecart. i cannot get into my add and remove file to make sure it has been uninstalled. I feel safecart is at faulkt with that. i have to take my computer in now to get all cleaned. I am very upset as I use that computer for my job.
Any one else have problems deleting the program? If not, then how did you do it.? Like above, I cannot get into my uninstall program.

Yes, PC Cleaner is a SCAM. I have spent countless hours in undoing this SCAM. If you happen to pay by PayPal, make sure you go into what is called Recurring Payments and CANCEL future Recurring Payments cause if you dont you end up with a NASTY surprise 6 months later. Next change all of your passwords for PayPal and Security Questions. If you cant find the Recurring Payments section, then go to the CONTACT button for PayPal and call them. They will take care of you. The first time PC Cleaner through SafeCart tried to charge me something my bank put a stop payment on them. We thought it was the end of it. 6 months later SafeCart is making unauthorized transactions through PayPal. Contacted bank reported SafeCart, contacted SafeCart and did speak with a human being who knew I had placed a Dispute on my PayPal account. Funny...how did they know this information, and they were very insisting on me removing the Dispute so they could give me back my money. I contact PayPal and talked to a higher up that stated NEVER cancel a Dispute if a merchant tells you to do so, this is just another sign of bad things. My issue is resolved and SafeCart WILL NOT be a problem in the future. In fact what is funny is that SafeCart does NOT have a phone number for PC Cleaner only a email address. And PC Cleaner is not on their list of Software companies they deal with. Um HELLO SCAM SCAM. So DONT do what SafeCart Rep mentioned about, instead contact your bank, contact PayPal and make sure you put a STOP to SafeCart, and make sure your Recurring Payments (which SafeCart claims PayPal automatically set me up on) is STOP. Change ALL of your Passwords. Pass it on SafeCart is NOT SAFE, and PC Cleaner is SCAM.

Paif 29.95 for Fast Again PC Booster, via PayPal.
Thought I'd boughty something but turned out I needed to contact them by phone. I use my phone for the internet connection. Thery didn't know how )I may have misuinderstood) to guide me with hard-wired internet. I can read but can't hear well. Asked for my money back. They put me on some sort of hold (no dial toe and no signal). Held for a few minutes and gave up. Decided to eat the $30.
Notified by PayPal O'd agreed to regular payments going on indefinatelt to SafeCart.. $15 twice a year. PayPal let me cancel that. I'm still out the $30 and have fingers crossed S afeCart can't get me for some kind of contract fault.

I discovered on my bank account that £23.10 was deducted on 23rd December, 2013 and I did not give authority for this. If I do not get re-imbursed I will notify my Bank and they will take action.

I was charged $39.97 to fix my computer, and then another $9.97 for data recovery and I got nothing. this is a ripoff

I bought PC cleaner. I called to cancel it. They ask if I would speak to a tech. The tech said I needed my computer serviced. I did, he sold me a service for 475.00 good for 3 yrs. He said it would take a hour to complete. That he would call me back with results, no one ever called. I looked for an e-mail, I didn't get one. It worked I guess for the most part. However my computer is freezing up. Can you help me?

I just brought the driver detective also they said in the ad I was getting a 10 dollat discount but when I was charged they took the intire 39 dollars
ripped me off then the program didn't install the driver for my web cam todays date is May 1 2016 left a recording at their office they will have 3 day then I will file a law suit in the district court here in Anchorage I ll ask for not only the 39 dollars but also for the time it took to receive my refund including having to travel to Anchorage and book a hotel room at the Capt. Cook this will put somewhat a strain on me but I figure the court will allow me to ask for compensation for my hardship hmm like maybe 150.000.00 DOLLARS THESE AZZWHOLS BEEN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR YEARS NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS

This product is completely useless, my computer crashed and i had to do a system restore to remove it..

I bought the driver detective on 11-08-09 . you billed my credit card. I had problems with downloading and decided to cancel this order. and asked for a refund . I was told i should have requested within 60 days. i requested in 2 days. and still have not received my refund. my credit card is still being charged 39.90.

I ordered 1 download of Spyware Doctor, for $29.99. When My credit card bill came, I was charged twice. I tried calling their number. They always say their customer help is busy. Can never get through.

I have in my Pc a Registry Mechanic and Spyware Doctor although these program does no do " all" what I expected I decide to give a try to Driver Detective. When I saw the the program was no as good as the one I have The same day I sent e-mail to Driver detective to cancel the order. Falsely claiming you didn't authorize a debit / charge from your bank account is a FEDERAL CRIME.

You can count me among the victims who have been swindled by SAFECART. I purchased REGCURE on 06/18/2012 for the amount of $39.94. The actual price was supposed to be $29.95 and was told by a technician an error had been made and I would credited $10 immediately. Well, guess what? I never received that credit! What a surprise. Now, even after being charged $39.95, they're charging me again--they did a scan of my system and said if I wanted to fix 5, 487 registry errors, I'd have to cough up another $39.95. What kind of company are you running here? Needless to say, I'd like to have a complete and total refund credited to my credit card for the purchase of this utterly worthless software. To spend one penny for this junk is one penny too much. HELP!

I was caught out by this Company too. Saturday 16 March 2013. Spent ages with their `Technical Support` person, who eventually put a "cleaner" on that would take "half-an-hour" after which she would call me backl - she did not call back .or since, and the computer ithen n worse mess than before - I only had a problem with a hotmail account but afterwards could not even get on the internet!
I spent some hours before I was able to get my pc back into the condition it was prior to Safecard interference!
They have already charged my account, but a complete waste of time and money..
PS. DID OTHER "CLIENTS" ALSO MAKE SURE TO UNTICK THE BOX WHICH INDICATES THEY WILL TAKE A SIMILAR AMOUNT IN 6 MONTHS ?! i have forewarned my bank on that one, just to make sure, even though I did untick it !

This system is also too complicaed for me and want to cancel and get a refund!

Computer kept telling me to use these products to fix slow computer. Downloaded this product Safecart Drivercure and another one called Dri 247livesupportinc. Computer crashed after installing. Had master dual drives on my computer. Changed one to slave. Formated the other one master. Reinstalled all programs. Lost all email accounts stored on computer and down loads. On the slave data hard drive I found problem was wins Blackbird virus that had penetrated through my Nod 32 antivirus software. Read in Google what this virus does. It points you to these programs for the sole purpose of selling them to unsuspecting public. Complete fraud. Programs are a complete rip off. Cannot contact the program people for refund and lost all down load information that was stored in the email file.

I don't understand the product myself. I have tried several times to use it and it does nothing for my computer. In fact I am no longer using the computer I installed the software on. I downloaded RegCure! I have tried contacting safecart for a month and can never get ANYONE ON THE PHONE. Next I am sending A letter to safecart and regcure for a refund of my money. I hope you can get a refund also.

As I said this company charged my credit card 49.90 for which I have no clue what it is for. And you can't get a hold of them by phone..only by internet and then the company name never comes up. The message says go to www.safecart.com/order lookup but that never comes up on the list when you go to that sight.

Two charges made to Master Card, one for $10.77, the other for $22.69, both are unauthorized.

My paypal account has been charged 3 times for SafeCart. I didn't have a clue what it even was. I have sent e-mails but no response. I am getting ready to report them and call an attorney because this seems to be occuring each month. Let me know if anyone can help
