Poor insurance claim service. This company's representatives will lead to provide date of damage (when you are unsure) that will allow them to deny your claim. Their claim for damage period is 30 or 60 days and if you don't get it right, you have to sign an affidavit, get it notarized, send them your bill, along with a picture of your government ID. All to convey you trying to steal $50 (ins fee) for a phone.
