I got an email from Pro-Grass, Inc
I got an email from Pro-Grass, Inc. on March 18th, 2022, sayin' they serviced my lawn. I called up Sean Brown to ask why they did that, and he said it's 'cause I didn't cancel from last year's service, so they automatically come out the next year. But I never agreed to that, and they never told me about it. So I told him to cancel my service. Then on April 20th, I got another email sayin' my account was past due and I had to pay. But I didn't agree to any service, so I ain't payin' for somethin' I didn't agree to. They don't have a contract signed by me for 2022. They just sent someone to my house and now they're tryin' to make me pay for it. I asked Lee Ann White, the office manager, to show me proof of a signed contract by me and video proof of a visit on March 18th, 2022. This business ain't tellin' people everything upfront and hopin' they don't check their email and just pay for somethin' 'cause of some automatic renewal loophole. I ain't payin' for a service I didn't agree to or sign off on.
