This company is not good
This company is not good. They don't guarantee their work. I had a problem with my paver patio the next year after they put it in. I called them a bunch of times. They said they would come fix it, but they never did. I'm really unhappy with how they did things. Sylvia C.
This company ain't professional at all
This company ain't professional at all. Steve, the sales guy, makes promises he don't keep. Our pergola and patio got problems and they ain't fixing them. The pergola got cracks all over and the patio got puddles when it rains. We been trying to get them to fix it since May and it's already September but they keep avoiding us. We even emailed the boss but no reply. It's just crazy how we spent so much money and got screwed. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I got a text on 3/23/22 to measure my backyard for a project on 4/9 @ 12:30pm. *** came out, measured, and said I'd get an email with the proposal. On 4/4, Hy Tech Landscaping sent me the proposal. On 4/16, I said I wanted to move forward. But, I didn't hear back because the email went to my spam. So, I reached out again on 4/21 and got a reply from *** that *** would reach out to finalize. On 4/21 @ 1:50 pm, *** said the quote didn't include electrical. They revised it and sent it back on 4/24 @ 8:30 am. I approved it @ 1:30 pm minus electrical. I approved both projects on 4/24 @ 2:07 pm. On 4/26, I got an email of acceptance. But, I didn't hear from ***. So, I reached out on 5/2 and got an apology email on 5/3. I sent my number and got a response from *** that *** would reach out later that day. I didn't hear from ***, so I emailed on 5/9. I called and left a message 2 times after that and finally got a call from *** on 5/11. He apologized and said he'd reach out next week to finalize. I'm still waiting.
