Oasis Turf & Tree

This company has terrible customer service and doesn't seem to care if they treat your lawn right or not. Customer service just talks over customers, doesn't listen, and hangs up on you when you don't agree with them. They also won't send someone from the company to my property to see what I'm trying to tell them. They sprayed weed killer on my Gerber Daisy, Tomato plant, Squash plant, and lots of bedding flowers. The person who applied this weed killer didn't even treat the whole lawn, just made a sweep around the property.

I paid in advance for lawn maintenance from Oasis Lawn Care. I didn't ask for aeration and extra seeding because it didn't help my lawn last year. I only paid for maintenance. Oasis claims the extra cost is for over seeding, but they haven't been paid yet and haven't finished the pre-paid applications. I think Oasis should remove the additional charge for services I didn't request.

I hired Oasis Turf & Tree, Inc. to take care of the pesky weeds and maintain my lawn. They signed me up for a program that covered lawn and aeration services. Unfortunately, their treatment killed off not only the weeds but also other plants, leaving ugly brown marks all over my property.

When it was time for the fall aeration and overseeding, Oasis suddenly decided that my lawn's slope was too steep to complete the overseeding process. They abruptly canceled my services and demanded payment for the services they had already performed throughout the year.

I am not satisfied with this outcome and I believe I am entitled to a refund for the services I paid for during the summer, which amounts to $94.22.

I went on their website to get a quote, since many of my neighbors use their service. I chose the Diamond level service, which was listed as $589 on their website after I entered my details. The next day, on March 8th, I received a call back and was informed that my property, which is less than 1/3 of an acre, was actually larger than the quoted price. They said the real price would be $851. I did the math in my head, including the tax rate of *** County, and the numbers didn't add up. I told them I wasn't interested.

When I got home about two hours later, I found an email with a quote for $830 and an Account Number. I called their offices and spoke to the management, after the front desk told me that it was just a quote and not a customer account. The manager confirmed this and I told him to remove me from their system because I didn't want to do business with them now or in the future. However, the manager insisted that their system wouldn't remove my information. He said they keep track of every interaction and refused to remove me from their system.
