I signed a contract on 9/22 and paid $90 for the first payment then I paid another $90 in dec. for the second half. On 1/16/22 it was snowing heavily and nobody ever came. On 1/17/22 I had to call mike W at 7am (after I was already late for work) to come plow. With attitude he said they would be there since it snowed over 2”. Per the contract they will come 2 times in a 24 hour period, he only came once after I had to call him. When they came they pushed half of the snow in front of my garage. They also pushed slot of snow on my neighbors side of the driveway (we have tandem drives). This was a complaint I had last year with this plow service. The driver also pushed my planter over which was NOT on the driveway- it was on my grass. I have this on video and I don’t see how he couldn’t have seen the planter. On 1/17 and 1/18 and I sent an email letting mike W know that I want a refund and also told him about the planter, and the snow in my neighbors driveway. I never received a response. On 1/20 and 1/23 it snowed more then 2” and nobody has been to my house to plow so he is not holding up his end of the contract. In order for me to get out of my drive I will need to snow plow- which totally defeats the purpose of paying for a plow. I had these same issues with this company last year and only resigned a contract because he sent out a letter ensuring there will not be the same problems that there were last year, but I think it’s been worse.
