I have ordered 1200 flies in April 2009 from this company. They got the money totally in advance but just delivered 200 of them. After following them several times and more than 8 months they are not going to send the rest of the flies that they already got the money for. They even do not answer any e-mail that I send for following them.
The issue resolved and they made it up for us... now working with them again. Do not know how to remove the complaint. IGNORE this Complaint

I have recently done business with this Kenya company called SpaQua flies. Email is fliespeggy@gmail.com and new2013 flies They go by Wilson Ashiano and "Peggy" as per terms they were paid up front nearly $3000.00 US. They had been doing business with my company for many years so they were trusted. They now will not answer emails, texts of facebook messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ordered from Premium Fishing Flies last year. They have still not been delivered and the owner does not answer any e-mails or texts. Disgraceful. DO NOT USE PREMIUM FISHING FLIES. Avoid Premium Fishing Flies at all costs.
I shipped atotal of flies 217 dozens Perceveer (William Shaffer and josh from USA and he did not pay us the money.Anyone with help is highly welcomed.

I paid for 125 dozen flies in February 2010. Was promised that they would ship in April - "guaranteed". I still don't have my flies after 6 months and they don't respond to my email messages (sound familiar?).
I would look for a new vendor ASAP. You might pay a bit more, but there are better quality vendors out there...
