Fantastik company. Our ***, *** house took a beating from baseball sized hail on 4/28. I called RoofRX (affiliated with ***) and they handled all aspects of the repairs including interfacing with the insurance company and all of the various vendors who provided services such as roof and decking replacement, gutters, garage doors, trim replacement, chimney caps, etc. It was such a relief not having to deal with all of the minutia involved in such a large process. Their communication was outstanding and they kept us apprised of when and how all events would occur. HIGHLY recommend.

Their crew is professional, on-time to deliver and finish each job. Wanda will help you with any paperwork if you need her assistance. She will also work hand-in-had with your insurance company. She even sent a certification of the Category IV roof upgrade to my insurance company. After the work is completed, Scott will meet with you personally to go over every aspect of the job. He will ensure that his company has done the job completely and to your absolute satisfaction. He actually delivered more than he promised!

McRoof is the best in Oklahoma! They can handle any job, big or small. Our chimney flashing got damaged during a crazy windstorm, and if it wasn't fixed, our living room would have been flooded. I tried reaching out to the roofer who recently replaced our roof, but they didn't bother getting back to me. So, I turned to Google and called five different roofers, leaving messages for each one. When I left a message for McRoof, they called me back right away! The person on the other end sounded like a close friend, which shows how friendly this company is. They scheduled an appointment for the same day, and the technician called me within an hour to confirm. When he arrived and assessed the damage, he called me with a quote. I appreciated that he practiced social distancing. They sent a crew to fix the problem on the same day. I wish I had known about McRoof four months ago when I needed a roof replacement! If you need help, you can't go wrong with McRoof. They're friendly, polite, professional, and always on time! I can't wait to call them again when I need their services!

My house got damaged in a storm last October. I hired McRoof.us to fix it. They gave me an estimate of $3150.00 to repair the roof and siding. They finished the work on February 3. However, on September 9, the parts they fixed fell apart. I contacted them, and they came to inspect the new damage on September 10. They admitted that it was their fault. On September 14, they came to assess the damage. On September 20, their crew arrived to fix the roof and siding. I had to pay an additional $325 to have my pole pulled so they could fix the siding again. The electrician noted in his estimate that he had to replace the meter hub because it was broken. Since September 20, the roof has been wavy at the bottom, and the siding is still dented, wavy, and has gaps between the sheets. I will need to hire another company to fix it properly. Throughout this whole process, McRoof.us has refused to answer my questions about the repairs. They yelled at me over the phone in front of witnesses and sent me rude texts. They even backed out of repairing my house through text messages. I am requesting a refund of $3475.00 so I can hire a different company to fix my house correctly.
