A-1 all the way around! Very efficient and very respectful. I had a leak in my roof and these guys came and fixed it right up. They were super quick and didn't waste any time. The workers were really nice and polite, which was a pleasant surprise. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done without any issues. I was really impressed with their professionalism and how well they cleaned up after themselves. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Roofing911.com to anyone in need of roof repairs. They are the real deal!

I left a 2 star review of this business yesterday(07/13) which I can't find. The business owner contacted me first thing this morning(07/14). He came to my home and we had a very good meeting. He apologized a lot and explained that he, like other businesses, is having trouble finding good employees. I gotta say, after looking at the work with him, it wasn't as bad as I thought. He did say he was gonna send someone out to inspect and fix what needs fixing. I'm really happy with this business and will definitely consider using them again if I need to.

I paid half my money for a new roof for my shop. Roofing911 was supposed to come and replace my roof on Tuesday 9/22, but it was raining and I understand that the material was also delivered on this date. They were supposed to come out the next day to do the job, but they never showed up or called. That was a Tuesday. Well, Friday we were told they were coming Saturday to do the job, but they still didn't show up. They have half my money and no job done yet. That's bad business.

After a hurricane in 2020, my home's roof got messed up real bad. It's located at ***, *** TX ***. So, I hired Roofing911 to fix it up. I sent an invoice to Texas Windstorm Insurance (TWIA) and they gave the green light for Roofing911 to do the repairs. I had to pay a deductible of $5,200 to Roofing911. They finished the repairs on February 23, and I paid them another $16,550 on March 10. Some of the money owed to me by TWIA has been paid, but there's still around $9,000 left. Now, here's the problem: TWIA says they need more info from Roofing911 to release that remaining cash, but Roofing911 ain't calling TWIA back to give 'em the info. I've texted, emailed, and left messages at their office, but no one's responding. Every time I've dealt with Roofing911, it's been with ***, the owner. The invoice number is 1084, and it's been paid in full. All I want is for Roofing911 to make that simple call to TWIA so I can get the money owed to me.

I hired Roofing911.com in November to fix my roof in 2 places. They checked it out and gave me an estimate. They came back later (maybe in 2020) and supposedly did the repairs. They weren't sure if it was fixed, but they thought it was. If I still had leaks, I was supposed to call them and they'd come back. We didn't have any rain problems for a few weeks, but when it rained again, the leaks came back. I called and talked to *** who said the repair guy (***) had gone to Mexico to see his family, but would be back in 2 weeks. He said he'd send him over then. But I never heard anything back. I called and texted a bunch of times over the next few months, but never got a response. Finally, in August, I sent a demand for a response or else I'd take legal action. The owner called and said sorry, and that *** would call me. But he never did. After a couple more weeks, I sent another demand, and the owner called again, and then *** called saying they'd come back to check and fix it. But they still haven't.

In January , I talked to the owner personally about fixing my roof and a window. He agreed to do it. The workers finished the roof, but they left tire tracks in my yard and broke the waterline. The tire tracks are still there. The owner said he would spread some dirt to fill them in, but he hasn't done anything. I told him I would pay him in full for the window once it was fixed. I also let him know that both the roof and window had to be fixed by a certain deadline, or my homeowner's policy would be canceled. He assured me that he would have it fixed before then. I have been patient and understanding, knowing that I'm not his only customer. However, it's been a whole year, and the window, which was supposedly on backorder since August , still hasn't been fixed. I haven't received any updates or anything, as if I don't even exist and my window project means nothing to him. This is not how a business should operate. I have to constantly reach out to him to get any updates, and in November , he started ignoring me, hoping I would find someone else. Unfortunately, my insurance got canceled because the repairs weren't completed by the given deadline. The owner knew about this, but he just continued with his life as if it didn't matter to him at all, and it clearly showed. I have been patiently waiting and getting the runaround regarding the status of the window. The owner told me he ordered it, but it has been on backorder for months. Then I was told that his supplier couldn't get the window. Later, I heard a story that another guy named *** was supposed to order it. Now the owner is telling me that I can buy the window myself, and he will show me where to get it and install it, along with repairing my damaged siding. I have constantly asked him and even looked around myself to find the window, even though I didn't know the exact size. I was determined to find a place that had it. But now, all of a sudden, he wants me to buy it myself, when I could have done that months ago to avoid my insurance being canceled. I even told him which stores had it, and he said he would look into it. This is not how a business should be run, and there's still no information about the window size or any updates. I'm extremely disappointed.
