McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal

After two positive experiences, I'm hooked. This company is super fast, both when it comes to setting things up and actually doing the work. The price is totally fair. Compared to other contractors and service people who usually give me a hard time, McKinnis is a breath of fresh air. They're one of those rare companies that really know what they're doing.

We picked McKinnis Roofing to fix our big house damage after the May 28, hail storm. They swapped out our whole roof and gutters, all our siding, and 9 windows, even the fancy ones. We picked 'em 'cause after a different hail storm they did a good job replacing 12 windows, 2 garage doors, and a pergola. We really think this company and their workers are great. Jerod, William, and Brian were all super easy to work with. The other workers and subs who came to do the actual installations were always nice and knew what they were doing. My hubby and I really recommend McKinnis Roofing.

I got a new driveway and noticed that my gutter spout was leaking. I decided to call Mc Kinnis for help. They sent two guys to fix the problem, but unfortunately, the issue got worse after the next rain. I called them again, and this time they sent their best guy. They have been out five times before, but the spout is still leaking. Even after the rain on 10/24, it's still leaking from the same spot. I spoke with a manager named Dave, and he didn't seem too concerned. He basically said, "What do you want us to do?" Well, I have someone else coming to fix it on 10/25. If I lived somewhere other than Ponca/Florence, I don't think this would be happening. I can't recommend this place after spending $700 on a repair that didn't solve the problem. Their business practices are terrible.

This was an excellent experience. What began as a new roof (covered by insurance due to hail damage) became a decision to put siding on the house to eliminate the need to paint it regularly. This decision was due to the excellent roofing experience with McKinnis. All the work was timely with transparent and carefully detailed estimates and invoices, and great customer service.

They did a wonder job! So professional and great with follow up. They made a difficult situation seem like a cake walk. They worked collaboratively with our insurance agency to resolve all issues and kept us updated every step of the way. Our roof was replaced during and in between snow storms which was amazing. We could be happier with the service they provided to us. I would highly recommend them!

McKinnis and Jarod S. Could not not have been more helpful in understanding the materials and how the job would be completed. They did my house and my parents house. I had 4 different jobs done at my house. New roof, new gutters, new siding and a new paint job. All went very seamlessly. If there were any delays Jarod was informing us right away.
