Maxx Roof

We just had a new roof installed, they did a wunderful job and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Maxx Roof!

We hired Maxx Roof to fix our flat roof. But, man, what a disaster! Instead of fixing it, they made it even worse. Can you believe it? They came over and slapped some tarps on the roof to stop the leaks inside. But get this, they actually nailed those tarps down with boards and a ton of nails. Can you say "ouch"? They ended up poking more holes in the roof. Genius move, guys.

They tried to fix their mess a few times, but guess what? They failed every single time. And now, they're playing the silent game. They don't pick up our calls or bother to return our messages. Talk about customer service, huh?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Maxx Roof to my worst enemy. They're a total letdown. Stay away from these jokers if you value your roof and your sanity.

Maxx Roof did our roof and gutters. The crew was great. They worked really hard. Very happy with the result. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Maxx Roof LLC has been great right from the beginning. They fixed our roof during a wild storm, and then we had them replace the whole roof once the weather got better. The roof looks amazing and came with a 20-year warranty, so I'm super happy! The owner, Al L, has been really nice to work with too. Thanks for helping us out, we really appreciate it.

Matt *** was our salesmen and he did a wonderful job explaining our options and getting us set up for our new roof. Matt explained that they were scheduling installations 2 to 4 weeks out and at 2 weeks, when I was ready to call to check on the schedule, I received a call saying they could install that Friday. The crew doing the install was right on time and the install went smoothly. They did a good job at picking up the old shingle debris but when my son went out to do some yard work, it looked like they had spilled some nails in one section of the yard. I received a phone call very shortly after the install crew left saying they had finished and when I explained that we were finding the nails, the install crew was immediately back to make sure the cleanup was good. Two things that I think could have been better was that they changed the turbine style vent to a turtle vent without telling us up front that they would be doing that. The second issue is that I have a lot of shingle gravel debris covering everything in the garage which I did not anticipate, so I didn't have anything covered for protection. These are things to keep in mind to discuss with future customers.

Getting a roof reshingled is gettin ridiculous, tryin to find a basic business to replace a roof is a lengthy and involved process. I have wasted countless hours only to be pestered by "consultants" that will find you the best roofing company. I pretty much gave up hope after all the dead ends I ran into. I found Maxx Roof on the internet and went in with zero expectations. Boy I was wrong. I believe that I talked with the owner to get a bid. I described the roof's size in squares, slope and the number of protrusions. I told him that we got 4 other estimates and that we were only going to pay a certain amount. The owner agreed to the price after he took a look at the roof. We agreed to a start date and I paid half of the estimate. The roofers were busy and professional, they cleaned up the roofing mess. There were a couple of small items that got damaged and Maxx Roof took care of it. Seven months later after the reroofing there was a major rain storm and I discovered that one of the vents leaked. I took some pics, told the owner about this and he sent an employee that day to reseal the vent. I can't recommend Maxx Roof enough, they are about gettin the job done and completely bypass the [censored].
