6 December 2025 - arrived at 4.55pm to book in, long queue, still waiting at 5.30pm. Receptionist informed us that we may have to wait to get in the room. Only one receptionist on duty so she then had to run down the hall way to see if our room was ready. Room smelt of mould coming room bathroom. The bathroom was a wet room and area was mouldy and the disable seat was covered in mould. I refused to shower in there. Noise all night from upstairs, no sleep. Whoever was in the room above, constantly walked backwards and forwards all night. It felt like they were walking on our heads. Red flashing light above our head that flashed every couple of minutes. People talking outside our room at 4.10am having a little party of their own. The TV had 2 channels that worked.
