The Owner of Premier HomePro, Alan Stevens, was extremely rude and disrespectful to our neighbors as he was doing work on our other home in Maryland. He repeatedly blocked their driveways with his trucks, told delivery drivers to disregard their requests for them to move their vehicles from in front their driveways, had his German shepherd dog running off leash pooping all over their yards, and he cursed them out while flipping his middle finger at them. When I spoke to him about it he rudely flipped his finger at me and said "you want your work done, don't you?" His worker Francisco was so very different from him. The quality of their work was not bad, but in the end he refused to come back to fix some things which were not right, but were only discovered by me in the first 2 weeks after he had been fully paid. This was not honest on his part. Alan R. Stevens allowed his arrogance and pettiness to get in the way of good business practice.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Alan Stevens is a joke & should be put out of business.
my folks hired them and didn't look at any reviews. They truly don't care about making their clients happy if there us an issue. we even tried working with the corporate headquarters and got no where.
We are hiring a lawyer. stay clear!
I have contacted all the project managers as well as their cooperate office in Ohio and keep getting the run around. Here it is 5 months later and i still don't have a bathroom remodel start date.
Customer service is poor and im disappointed that i trusted this company to do the right thing.
