Premier Home Pros review: Never again

This has been a horrific experience so let's start from the beginning. I should have known that this was going to go bad after I told the sells rep that we wanted to get a second opinion and that we would finance through our own bank and they said no problem only to get a bill in the mail and a call to set up the install a week later. Then what was supposed to be torn out down to the stud was not. They put new walls up with our 1980's paneled ceiling. When called on that Premier stated it was not in our contract to do the ceiling. They ordered the wrong size door to the shower and had to customize the door. When the installer finally came to put it in, they did not because the shower was not done properly. The floor was not level. They WHOLE SHOWER HAS TO BE REDONE. This was 2 weeks ago mind you this project started in June. I called last week and today and I still don't have a date. The glass door is currently laying against my bathroom wall. It looks like this may end up in litigation.
