They lost or destroyed everything they touched. The did $2500 worth of damage to my home. They lost $3000 worth of items. They promised delivery on 2/17/24. They didn't deliver until 2 weeks later. They randomly showed up at my house unannounced at 8 PM on a Friday evening to drop off. 2 men stood in my home (I was alone and am a female) and demanded I give them $1400 cash or cash app them or they were going to keep my things. The original deal was they would take a credit card, not cash. So fast forward to after they have damaged my home and the items they did bring, to today 3/21/24. Some guy shows up with my TV which is completely smashed, was taken out of the box and wrapped with different bubble wrap and is completely unusable. I am still missing a $1500 adjustable bed frame, full set of silverware that has been in my family for 2 generations, appliances, Cuisinart knives, all of my pets flea meds, some camera's, video games, and a few tools. The broker has demanded they give me a full refund (he already has) but they refuse. Let's not even get into the threatening language that was used toward me by the owner Isaac, or the nasty text messages from the 2 guys who stood in my living room and demanded $1400 cash. This company needs to be shut down!

STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION MOVING AND STORAGE! They start out very communicative when trying to get your business then they turn into ghosts. The initial “virtual” estimate should have been my red flag as it was a reasonable amount for interstate moving, $10,000. We agreed on my move dates being August 18 and 19, 2023. My contract noted I needed the full kitchen packed up as well as me having two very large safes. All was added into the contract. I was told the company would stay in close contact to ensure the move went smoothly. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I wanted to speak with a live person but that didn’t happen after the initial documents were signed. The driver arrives on Friday the 18th at 1:30pm. First telling me he’s Jewish and does not work after 7pm on Fridays and he does not work on Saturday, so they will finish on the 20th. The driver is surprised about having to pack the kitchen, adds that as additional cost, even though I had already had that in the contract. Secondly, he adds extra for the two safes, which also were in the initial contract. The prices jump from $10, 000 to $22,000. I am over a barrel at this point since I need to move out. They work until 7pm. The lead driver, Ronni, is now packing a heavy wood dining table. I tell him to take the base off for moving. He refuses, says he will protect it with packing materials. THE ENTIRE BASE BROKE OFF THE TABLE DURING THE MOVE! I have insurance, but the table repair won’t hit my $1500 deductible. The driver insists on a 10% tip, which he assures me is to be split between the 6 movers. I give it to him, thinking he will further damage my belongings if I don’t tip. They say in the contract nothing is definite, but that they will keep the customer updated. AGAIN, ANOTHER LIE. They tell me the truck will arrive on Tuesday August 29. That group unloads, putting stuff wherever they want and then showing me the one damaged table and then another table is also damaged. The entire move was horrendous.

I made a movin reservashun with Precise Moving & Storage on 06/24/2022, and had to cancel the move on 06/27/2022. I sent the cancellation notice on 06/27/2022 via email also I reached out by call and updated. I was supposed to recieve my refund of 1100$ in 30 days it's been close to 60 days still I haven't recieved my money. My emails and phone calls are not bein answered and no proper response.

I got a call from *** at *** offering to transport my stuff from *** to GA at a discounted price because one of their trucks had a cancellation. We talked on the phone and through texts, and he said I would pay a total of $2188.00 ($668 deposit on March 1, 2022, $760.00 for pickup on March 29, 2022, and $760.00 to be paid on delivery). He texted me that this was the final cost and it wouldn't go up once they picked up my stuff. I asked if another company would handle my job, and he said no. But my move was actually handled by two different companies, and now the balance I owe is $5117.00 instead of $760.00 when it arrived in GA. They never came to my house before pickup to see what needed to be moved (I sent pictures to *** so he could see). The three companies involved in this complaint are: *** from , Household Good Moving Experts from CA, and Precise Moving and Storage from AL.

We hired Precise Moving for our move from ***, *** to ***, . The movers picked our stuff up at our apt on 5/29/22 and charged us $7015.01 (well more than the estimated quote which is ok). When I was on the call setting up the move, I was told they could get our stuff to us in a week but by law they have 21 days. We received our stuff June 12 (a week longer than originally promised but under the 21 days so again fine). When our stuff was delivered we were missing our mattress and a handcrafted headboard. We were told that it was left in a warehouse in *** and it would get to us two days from now. Over the next month we were told that they would deliver it to us every week. The company did not answer the phone half the time we called, when we did get into contact with someone they could not answer any questions, told us they would call us back and I have not one time received a phone call from this company. When I signed the contract and put a deposit down, I was told by *** that they have their own team and do not use subcontractors however we have had to deal with three different companies in this process. When we call the number provided to us it is a company called *** however our contract was with Precise. The company who delivered our stuff to *** was called Seamless movers. No one at the company can provide us with any answers and refuse to give us the number of the owner. We have spent countless hours trying to locate and get this mattress delivered including cancelling flights and staying up past midnight waiting for phone calls and deliveries. We have slept on an air mattress for a month and a half. The order number for this move is P7376927.

We got a paper that said we would pay $6326.3 for a two-day move from Precise Moving & Storage LLC, of *** (*** DOT 2439030 MC: MC-841285). The Precise Moving truck came at like noon on 26 June. The crew started loading the truck right away. The guy said his name was "***" from Precise Moving. When he called before he got here, the name on caller ID said "***". "***" said he had to check the stuff and change the price. After they loaded a bunch of stuff, he came back and said it would cost 2 to 3 times more than the original estimate. He said Precise Moving estimates are usually way off. We got really worried about his attitude and started going over the moving terms and conditions with him. He said our stuff wouldn't get to our new place for 2 to 3 weeks. We didn't like this change and he said it would cost an extra $2500 for "straight delivery" to take it right to our new place. The Precise Moving truck was too small for a 4 bedroom house and *** said a second truck would cost more. The final cost was $17,650 to move the stuff from a 4-bedroom house 200 miles. That's almost 3 times the estimate. *** said we had way more stuff than the estimate showed. But the total count of items was only 12% more than the estimate and the furniture count was right. Precise hasn't given us an official *** of lading. *** said we had to pay in full when they picked up the stuff, even though the estimate said we could pay half then and half when they delivered it. At first, Precise Moving didn't answer our emails or calls, but we finally talked to someone in charge on 12 July. She said she was looking into the charges. She told us to file a claim with CSI, their insurance company, but CSI said they only handle claims for lost or damaged stuff.
