I ain't too happy 'bout the fact that they slapped me with an extra charge. Ya see, they were supposed to bring over the piano when my boy was away, but they had to postpone the delivery. Now, I get it, they got their own schedule to stick to, but they didn't seem too keen on workin' 'round ours.

I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with the whole experience of using Modern Piano Moving. They didn't give me much heads up about when they were gonna pick up and drop off my piano, and that really messed with my schedule since I work full time. Overall, I gotta say, it was a big "meh" experience for me. I think next time I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my piano moving needs.

The guy who runs this piano moving company, Russ Vitt, he ain't too smart when it comes to hiring his workers. Instead, he tried to pull a fast one on us with some quick fix that's just as shady as he is. I'm starting to think this dude never even bothered to get insurance for our piano in the first place. He's just taking advantage of the fact that we can't sue him 'cause he's in a whole 'nother state. Can you believe that? What a crook.
