Worst gym in the area. And I'm saying this with some authority because I have had memberships with the YMCA, anytime fitness, and the powerhouse. First the atmosphere of the gym is dark with poor lighting and dark blue walls. Second the customer service of this gym is severely lacking. After, checking out this gym my wife and I decided to get a membership because of several classes that she was excited about attending. After two weeks of the classes "not making" we decided to cancel our membership because we were lied to. One problem. The website they pay to service their memberships never answers the phone. Tatum the owner manager pretends like she has no control over national fitness(the website). And they basically hold her gym members hostage. She also never returns phone calls and when you can get her on the phone she is extremely rude and won't let you talk. I have been trying to cancel my membership for three months and no one will call me back or take care of this problem. I give it six months and there won't be a powerhouse gym. Tatum is a liar and crook. Still paying this membership with no end in site. I reiterate these people a thieves and liars and no other gym in the area will treat you like this. Go somewhere else
