Company doesn't want to help customers
I ordered lock and handles from the company Trimark Corp Door Systems. I was really disappointed in the services, ‘coz the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I called them, ‘coz I got completely wrong order. I spoke with the agent, but he told to wait and after 40 minutes no one picked the phone and replied to my questions. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
Rude reps and unprofessional company, which didn't provide help
People, be aware that the company Trimark Corp Door Systems is really unprofessional and they didn’t provide services or help. I called them recently, but the rep was in hurry and hung up on me. I was shocked about such attitude. I called them after that again, but the situation was the same. However, the rep was completely another. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
