lg244298827 my : 2 bungkus ubat dipos pada 13 november 2018 masih tidak sampai hingga ke hari ini 19 november 2018 11.00 pagi

2 bungkus ubat dipos oleh anak saya dari poslaju kota seriemas, Nilai, N.Sembilan pada 13 Nov 2018 tetapi masih tidak sampai sehingga hari sabtu 17 Nov 2018. Sebelum itu saya sudah banyak hari dan banyak kali mengakses poslaju tacking tetapi tiada sebarang status pernyataan keluar. Justeru saya menalipon talian poslaju [protected] untuk membuat pertanyaan dan komplen. Sayu dimaklumkan yang ubat tersebut masih lagi berada di poslaju Kota Seriemas, Nilai. Alangkah terkejut saya barang/ubat yg anak saya pos guna poslaju masih di situ.. Adakah patut PoslajuMalaysia guna nama poslaju kalau servisnya lembap..?????? Kami bayar mahal untuk servis yang cepat..Hari ini pos, barang sampai esok..barulah dinamakan poslaju...

Hari ini 19 Nov 2018 saya berjaya akses Tracking dan didapati dikatakan poslaju sudah pungut barang pada 13 Nov 2018 dan sampai pada 18 Nov 2018 di Kluang... Sehingga jam 12 tenghari hari ini saya masih menunggu barang/ubat saya tiba..

Sila ambil tindakan ke atas pihak yg anak saya berurusan.

Nota: Poslaju tidak pernah menasihati anak saya tentang urusan servis mana yang akan cepatkan perjalanan barang saya.Ubat adalah brang penting.

Sebelum ini banyak kali barang yang saya sepatutnya terima di rumah Bandar Enstek, terpaksa di ambil di pusat pungutan di Nilai . Saya tidak berpuas hati kerana rugi masa dan petrol kereta saya . Kenapa posmen tersebut tidak menalipon saya . Beliau cuma meletakkan kad notis suruh ambil barang...Perkhidmatan yang sangat mengecewakan.

Penghantaran lambat sepatutnya di hantar pd 9nov-14nov 2018 tlg buat penghantaran dengan segera...sy order pd 5/11 sy check spttnya pos laju lex y kna htr tpi di hantar kepada pos laju pd 13hb...14hb sy check msih delay lagi...tiada prgerakan pghantaran..item dh dibayar spttnya penghantaran harus pntas...kenapa mengambil masa y lma utk buat pghantaran?

package still not moving

Im really pissed rn . Whenever I track my parcel, it always wrote 'Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office' . The item were last scanned on 11/11/18, 1.40 a.m and up until today, it never updated. Today is 17/11/18 . It almost a week ! I got two more parcel left and it still stuck at the parcel hub. Man, I know u guys have a lot of items that need to be delivered, but please . Im really worried rn . I'd heard a lot of of bad things that happened in pos laju . Please .

service inefficiency and no synchronization within department

This event occurred on 15 November 2018 where I call poslaju kl 3 times to cancel my package sending and to return back to me as I need my physical cheques so that I can cancel at the bank. I did call to many branches which includes penang, petaling Jaya and kelana Jaya but to no avail as no calls was picked up. I was assured by the staff that my request has high probability of chances as during that point of time my package was delayed as they wrongly send to petaling jaya poslaju instead of kelana jaya poslaju. The remark to hold was send out and I was told to callback the next day. To my shocking surprised I was informed the package was send out as reason given is kelana jaya poslaju overlook the message send out. I was wondering is there any use to have the system when no one abide to it. There is 24 hours time to check yet the package still send out. I think the staff need proper trainning to follow the main system. The part I'm frustrated is the staff push the responsibility to kelana jaya branch as their oversight and a lot of promises given which is not fulfilled. The best part is the staff told me package send out as me deal with the receiver and was hands off.The staff keep apologized but the damaged has been done and I'm to bear the losses. Will poslaju share my losses? My report number [protected].

    I requested for second attempt delivery by Poslaju, as I was not at home during the first delivery to receive the item. However, Poslaju didn't follow the request and did as per the request, but return the item back to sender. This has caused much inconvenience to retrieve back the item.

penghantaran lewat jadi kebiasaan!

Saya kerap membuat belian atas talian yang menggunakan Poslaju sebagai medium penghantaran. Malangnya bila alamat di Permas Jaya MESTI barangan lewat sampai dgn pelbagai alasan diberi antaranya;
1) Faktor cuacalah(hello ini khidmat berbayar jadi perlu bertanggungjawab!)
2) Barang lambat tiba di centrelah(check di tracker brg dh sampai sehari)
3) Penerima tiada di rumah (tunggu dari 9am sehingga 4pm tapi poslaju baru call 4.30pm)
4) Dan alasan2 lain (bnyk tul alasan pekerja Pasir Gudang ni!)
Yang peliknya bila guna alamat di bandar Johor Bahru tiada masalah kelewatan sebegini.

Mohon pengurus besar operasi Poslaju sedar dan ambil tahu ada kepincangan di cawangan Pasir Gudang dan siasat mereka2 yang tidak AMANAH ini!

They ship that order Oct 12, 2018 through POS My (Tracking number RN202408402MY) but the package stuck anywhere else from last 21 days and not moving, last status of the package is 2018.10.25 20:03 (GMT-7): Item dispatched out KARACHI INT. MAIL OFFICE (LETTERS)
2018.10.25 20:03 (GMT-7): insert item into bag in origin country
Please check and resolve this issue.

attitude of post laju person very rude

Today 15/11/18 i received a call from post laju person on 1:30 pm. i'm outside for lunch, i don't know that person name and his contact is [protected].

when i listen the call i ask him where are you cz i'm outside and not sure got person in house. he inform me jst wn go up my house, i tell him if no person in home you just put the thing inside the house.

He speak very rude n ask me you telefon balik tengok ada orang tak ada, you nak saya turun naik berapa kali kah?

i think this is not a service person have that attitude, i'm also very worry who received the thing and let him scold.

Hope post laju can take action and update the service and provide the professional job to all thanks.

Parcel arrived miri on 10/11/18, but haven't dispatch out. I went to collect by myself, has been told by staff that the parcel haven't sort out due to many lazada parcel... This reason is not acceptable, everyday got people courier things, if parcel on that day cant be settle on the day, keep delay sort out day by day, those parcel jus will keep increasing unsort, end up we as a clients must face the risk losing our parcel.
Hoping person in charges can look into this matter.

- Saya pos barang pada 1 November 2018 Jam 11 pagi di Pejabat Pos USM Pulau Pinang namun sehingga hari ini pelanggan saya masih belum menerima parcel tersebut.Saya pos beberapa barang tapi semua dah terima kecuali Kulim.
- Saya mohon kerjasama dari pihak Pejabat Pos untuk memberikan refund semula kepada saya kerana saya perlu membuat pengesposan semula kepada pelanggan.

POS Malaysia, your Bayan Lepas postmen is totally ignorant and DO NOT want to post to my unit. They only want to deliver to the lobby of the apartment, when I insist them I've paid for door to door services (14kg heavy), they cut-off my phone and send me a text that I have to go to Center to collect myself. Although they mentioned they are on the way and commanded me to be downstairs waiting for them to come, but when I mentioned Is a door to door services, they immediately ignore without any reply after that.

I've to waste 5-6 hours to made complaint and yet the head of Bayan Lepas cut-off my phone again without communicate further.
To conclude, pos Laju do not send parcel to our door, they happily taken our money, but they expect us to pleased them and do their job!

This is how low-level our country services has become. So why not just shut down and tell the world that malaysia do not provide pos service!
