parcel missing n wrong information from post laju

My parcel (rm168) had been reach at post laju klang since 7th january 2019. Yet, I have check the status of my parcel from time to time n not yet receive. Til last week (16.1.19), I call n ask where is my parcel n why the status just write "arrive at delivery facility at post laju klang".
But after I call, suddenly the second day, the column of status appear another statement, say my guard receive my parcel! N I not trust at all at this cz I always post things. If the receiver sign already, why it not appear at the first column, but second column?! I need signature of my guard. He never steal my parcels!
If post laju can't provide me any signature as a prove, u better pay me money!

parcel delivered to wrong person

I ordered from SHOPEE and waiting for my parcel for a long time. But the tracking remark as "item delivered to Chong". There's not Chong in my family, and my family did not noticed pos laju's delivery around my house during the day. I do not know who's the Chong, and I am unable to reach the contact to the Chong to collect my parcel.
I requested for refund from the seller, but the seller dispute it. The address is 11, Jalan SR 2/1, Taman Serdang Raya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. I have been contact to pos laju belakong for few days, and it did not reach the phone call. Kindly settle this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

I am very disappointed with pos laju delivery time. No choice for me to continue waiting and make a complaint. I pos a motor from bukit mertajam, penang to kampar, perak at 9/1 and until now still at pos laju ipoh. Seriously!? From 9/1 until 11/1 at pos laju bukit mertajam, the item dispatched out three times? What? I don't understand. Then at pos laju ipoh, from 14/1 until 18/1 the item processed two times again!? Hello! Are you serious with me!? The customer service tell me will reach destination within a week, but from 9/1 I wait until today 18/1 didn't reach destination yet. What a bad service. Wey! From ipoh to kampar half hour only u know? 4 days above can't reach kampar from ipoh, but used 2 days from penang to ipoh that was 2 hours journey. What!? I really can't understand... I am so disappointed. Did you know I am in emergency need to use the motor from hostel to my university? Damn... I need to walk about 3 kilometres so long time. More than expectation of one week walking. Last thing to say... Bad delivery time of pos laju seriously!!!

    i pos a motor at 9/1 and that person tell me will be pos within one week... but until now18/1 didn't reach... seriously? so long time? i pos it from penang bukit mertajam to perak kampar. 14/1 it arrive at ipoh and from ipoh to kampar only half hour but don't want to send to kampar for me and until now 18/1 still didn't arrive? what a bad service...

Hi. Kejadian baru shj berlaku tadi 17/1/2018 waktu 5.30 petang. Please cakap dgn rider awak yang menggunakan number +[protected] kenapa datang rumah call sekali je? Kenapa tak cuba call again and kenapa tak tekan loceng rumah? Selama ni hantar barang boleh je rider lain call saya dua atau tiga kali sampai saya angkat call. Now suka2 je nak suruh saya pickup sendiri di klang! Saya tak kira saya nak barang saya hari ni juga! Atau saya akan saman pos malaysia! Saya lampirkan bukti panggilan dia dan mesej dia. Tq

Saya order brg dr shopee, brg dah keluar dr pos laju wangsa maju pd 16/1/19. Tunggu kat rumah posmen tak hantar pun. Sy 24jam ada je kat rumah. Tau2 suruh ambil sendiri barang. Posmen tak ada datang pun, tak ada notis di tinggalkan pun. Tapi dekat status bgtau ada tinggalkan notis. Byk kali keluar status suruh ambil sendiri barang.17/1/19 pun status suruh ambil sendiri brg. Kalau sihat tak la order online. Macam mana nak ambil sendiri brg kalau tengah tak sihat. Banyak kali brg kena ambil sendiri, staff tak datang hantar pun, lama tunggu kat rumah. Harap dpt perhatian dr pengurusan pos laju. (barang:penyangkut baju)

attitude of the postman

I was home alone and watching videos in my room. If I hear any noises came from outside of my house I will be aware and hesitate fro awhile for safety purpose. I did not hear the postman at first but then I heard it after that when he raised his voice which sounded annoyed or frustrated. It's the parcel sent from my mum's office. So, I went out and saw him squad in front of my door looked frustrated and handed the parcel which cant pass through the door to me. I realized that it can't pass through the door so I need to take keys but he didn't want to help to take the parcel so I put it on the floor then went to take keys. I opened the door and he passed me the document to sign and put the parcel annoyingly.

Pada 15 Jan 2019, saya telah menerima satu parcel dari shopee jam 14:35.

Pada 16 Jan 2019, saya telah Track order from Shopee App, untuk melihat order lain yang masih belum diterima.

Setelah diperiksa, saya dapati ada satu order yang tidak diterima tetapi telah remark TERIMA PADA 15 JAN 2019 JAM 4:57pm di atas nama saya sendiri. Tetapi barang itu saya tidak pernah terima sama sekali.

Untuk makluman, 2 parcel ini mempunyai no tracking yang berbeza. Sila kembalikan parcel yang tidak saya terima. Saya lampir kan screenshot di bawah sebagai rujukan.

salam tuan/puan, , pada hari ini(RABU 16/1/2019), saya mendapatkan servis perkhidmatan di pejabat pos Changlun pada pukul 11pagi, pada waktu berikut, seorang kakitangan dari jabatan tuan telah melayan pelanggan dengan cara yang tidak sopan dan tidak beretika..walaupun kesalahan tersebut hanyalah tidak seberapa, sepatutnya beliau menegur dengan cara baik, bukan dengan cara marah terhadap pelanggan, sekiranya beliau mempunyai masalah peribadi, adalah tidak wajar dia bertindak sedemikian..oleh itu, saya sebagai salah seorang pelanggan pos laju, meminta jasa baik tuan untuk menegur kakitangan anda agar masalah seperti ini tidak berulang di kemudian hari selain untuk terus meningkatkan lagi mutu perkhidmatan pos laju pada masa akan datang..terima kasih
