Pos Malaysia Parcel haven't received & no tracking update.

11/08/20: [Pos Laju Alor Setar]Item dispatched out (POSLAJU:PL378120943381)
13/08/20: [Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub)]Item processed.

As of the date I'm filing my complaint right now 18/08/20, I have yet to receive my item. (5 days no update?).
Even though, other times poslaju does ship fast but somehow now, it's stuck at KLIA Hub for days?.
I'm hoping that by filing this complaint I would be able to receive my parcel in the shortest time possible.

Pos Malaysia Item not received yet

My item have not been received and still not updated for 3 days.. I really need that item as soon as possible.. Please poslaju help me.. I have call every number and neither of them answer my call.. Please I'm begging u to help proceed my item.. This is the tracking number ERC391602920MY. I hope that you can take action on this problem. I need that item pleaseee.. Help me. I don't know how to ask about my item because every number that I called that I search in Google.. Not answered and some of them is not in service..

Dah sebulan lbh still xtrima parcel. Dah la pos dua2 parcel smpai almost rm300. Apa guna byr mahal2 klau sebulan xsampai-sampai. Dah send complaint dekat efeedback pon xde reply, call xangkat. Apa ni? 2. 3 mggu lmbt boleh paham lg, ni dah sebulan lebih kot. Agak3 la. Atleast bg feedback!

Pos Malaysia Delivery

10/7/2020 lebih kurang 5.43pm saya terima panggilan daripada salah seorang penghantar pos laju yang menggunakan number telefon [protected] dan beliau telah pun sampai ke the scott garden di tower b (residensi) dan beliau meminta saya pergi ke pada beliau sedangkan tempat itu jauh dari office saya.. Dan saya meminta beliau ke control room yang berada di level mezzanine tetapi beliau enggan ke sana.. Dan saya menekan kan dan meminta beliau tunggu di luar mezzanine floor dan sy akan menghantar salah seorang pekerja untuk mengambil barang tersebut tapi sayangnya beliau terus senyap dan tiada apa-apa feedback.. Saya betul betul kecewa dengan sikap penghantar sebegini.. Saya meminta pihak pos laju ambil tindakan tegas atas pekerja pekerja yang bersifat sebegini!

Pos Malaysia Parcel lost track.. Almost a month without update. Is my parcel lost?

Tolong dulu bhaa check status ni parcel. Tiada update langsung. Suda juga submit e-feedback tapi masih juga belum ada feedback!

Apa masalah pos laju kota tinggi yg lama ni... Barang dh sampai kota tinggi..10.7 hari jumaat... Pastu tutup pulak... Hr ahad g transit kluang pulak... Lain kali tk payah masuk campur pos laju baru kota tinggi... Macam ni menyusahkan barang lambat sampai...

Pos Malaysia Tracking status not updated/ still haven't received my parcel

I still haven't get any update about my complaint. I have been complaining many times to Poslaju. Yet, no progress at all.

Based on the tracking system, my parcel is still stucked in KLIA Hub since 13/06/2020. Where is my parcel right now? I have been waiting for almost a month. I need it to be delivered.

Poslaju, please send my parcel.

saya order barang pada 10/06/20 dan item already picked up pada tarikh yg sama. Masalahnya tracking tak update start 13/06/2020 sampai lah hari ni (07/07/2020) masih tersekat dia KLIA Hub. Hampir sebulan barang saya kena kuarantin di HUB tu. Seller pun blum dpt payment lagi. Boleh ka pihak poslaju tlg usahakan cari brg saya ni, risau kalau tercicir sebab brg yang saya order kemudian telah sampai. brg satu ni saja yg tak update-update.

Hello POS MALAYSIA I just wanna know my parcel whereabouts. It almost a month already my parcel still stuck at the klia hub. Please make it fast I want my parcel asap. Why my other parcels are already arrived while these three still at the klia hub? Please be more efficient so that u don't get many complaints.
