I have answered several times to a dead line and blocked PRA calling me all the time. They refuse to speak to me or even say anything. They call me 5 our of 7 days to get around that 7 Days straight loop hole. And I have emailed them stating either tell me why you are calling or completely stop contacting me. Are they allowed or licensed in fl? If they have debt and considered a 3rd party which I didn't consent to isn't information and debt null and void since it was unauthorized selling of my information to a 3rd party. Also I just want them to stop.
Claimed loss: Honestly its more of an emotional toll since they wont tell me why they are calling and leave zero voicemails.
Desired outcome: Stop calling me and what ever debt they "claimed" repaid by them for emotional abuse and stress. I could ask for more but honestly just leave me alone and pay whatever you claimed without my consent.

Just a follow on they called me again this morning, also not the first time since i applied the complaint. I answered to a dead line i said hello and waited about a minute with zero response. Is PRA licensed in Fl and are they allowed to harass people? It would be a totally different conversation if they actually advised me who sold them my information without my consent and what it was for. That would allow me to either validate or dis-validate the claim.
