POP Telecom review: Avoid pop telecom

DO NOT USE POP TELECOM
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This company has just charged me 12 months termination fee because i wanted to leave because they could not provide the service they promise. I was outside of my contract. i was verbally told i would need to give one months notice. I cancelled my direct debit so they took 12 months plus router costs from my debit card! This has now been referred to the ombudsman but i am not hopeful of seeing my money again. When trying to resolve issues verbally the staff were verbally abusive and bullying and even hung up when i asked to speak to a manager. I found this company on Martin Lewis Money Supermarket comparison site. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Use an alternative professional company.
