Pollo Tropical review: Assitant manager poor work ethics

I am writing to formally report the unprofessional behavior of the assistant manager at your Hialeah Gardens location (7845 Hialeah Gardens Blvd).

Today at midday while I was placing my order, the assistant manager began yelling at the cook, loudly demanding more rice. This occurred in full view and hearing of customers. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional, created an uncomfortable environment, and demonstrated poor work ethic and a lack of respect toward employees.

Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and customers should not have to witness this kind of behavior while trying to enjoy a meal. I was disappointed by this experience, as it does not reflect the standards of service I associate with Pollo Tropical.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and addressed promptly to ensure a more professional and respectful environment for both employees and customers.
