3 packages worth over 200$ delivered to wrong address and no customer service

All these items are worth over 200$ and sent to the wrong adress. Pokemoncenter does not have a legitimite contact customer support phone number. They have an email for support that they NEVER respond to. Please help, Fedex says the packages are lost.
Fedex contacted the driver to look for these "delivered" packaged and he could not find them apparently. They told me to contact pokemon to get issued a refund. Pokemon has been completely unresponsive in all of this. The pokemon center has such horrible customer service but they are so quick to take and fullfill orders. So much money lost because the adress field was typed in incorrectly.
A Pokémon gathering in front of the park
We have many people playing Pokémon gathering in front of this kids park. It is a security issue as they block the access to the park and therefore also make it harder for other drivers to notice children trying to cross from the park. One child almost got hit by a car driven by one of these players. Please remove this location from your game before a child actually gets hurt.

I am a fan of the Pokemon TCG company. But this product shocked me. Spending £35 may not seem a lot as a gift or just a treat, but as a kid saving up money for weeks, it is a big deal. I know you are going to say "but the booster packs are random so you can't be sad if you get nothing good", no gxs, no prisms, NO GOOD CARDS. You are only encouraging your customers to buy from ebay.
Why didn't you put at least one good card in each pack?

I tried the number listed but it would not even ring. I am sure the people overseeing Pokemon Quest are just trying to get me to shut up, but I will not until this injustice has been rectified. I have been supportive of Pokemon and a loyal consumer since 1998 when I first bought Pokemon Red for my gameboy. Now 20 years later I still get every new pokemon game that comes out. Recently I had an issue on Pokemon Quest where an error message popped up asking me to restart my game, I did and my data was gone...poof. I spent $35.96 on this to have everything unlocked, but I suppose Nintendo just views this as a handout because now I have nothing, and when I went to the website they refused to help me and instead blamed me for the problem. I don't mind starting my game over, that's not the issue...but I either want the items back I paid for or my money refunded to me. This happened 2 days ago.
factory damaged pokemon charizard ex cards in sealed boxes

We purchase Pokemon cards from our supplier Universal Distribution in Vancouver, Canada and sell in our store. We received a case of 12 sealed Charizard EX boxes on July 4, 2018 from our supplier. After we opened a couple of boxes in my store to sell the Charizard EX cards separetly we noticed that there were factory damaged Pokemon Charizard EX cards in all 12 of the sealed boxes, as per the pictures attached. The sealed cards are bent, almost torn, and have multiple indented scrapes or marks on the back surfaces, but not on the front, again as per the pictures attached. We cannot sell these either individually or as a boxed set as all the Charizard EX special holo card are damaged goods, visible to the eye in the sealed box set itself and even more evident when taken out of the set. We are looking to please have refund, new products sent out to us for resale at our store or whatever else you can think of, please and thank you.

Hi am not receiving many gifts from poke stops so I can't send any of my friends any gifts. I will be lucky if I get 1 or 2 a day to send to friends. My friends seem to get loads of gifts every day and even from the same pome stops. I work most days and have poke stops outside my work but I get one a all day. missing pre order
In August I pre-ordered ultra sun and ultra moon specifically for the plushes/mystery gift. I didn't have the funds for both which I realized on Nov. 11th when I saw a pre-authorization for one game only. I added the funds and chatted with a Pokemon center agent on Saturday to ask if my order would still be charged and sent out. I only ever received one pre-authorization charge. I asked multiple times and the agent told me my order was fine and would be sent out. Here we are Nov. 19 and there is no charge, two days past release date. I chat again with an agent and am now told no order was sent due to issue with funds and my order would expire. Absolutely no good customer service and only a ticket was put in with no real answers as to why the agent on Nov 11 told me everything was fine only to have my order essentially not charged. Even the FAQ states a second or multiple attempt will be made on orders and it wasn't done. Thanks Pokemon center for screwing me over and hiring such helpful agents.

I bought 3 Pokémon plushes from Pokémon center, but when arrive to home the package was open and nothing was in it.. it is impossible my neighbors will steal them, because I am in the good neighborhood and I receive a lot of packages and they leave in front of my door and none were stolen. And plus their packages are not delivered thru Post Office..
Probably whomever brought package stole my items. After this happened I took a photo of the box and I tried to contact with Pokémon center but they are not reachable. The phone number [protected] is a scam. The message only says if you know your party extension number dial now, after that it tells to contact thru supporting page but supporting page also doesn't help you. So when it comes to money they get your money right away but when you need help you can't find them. These company is scam I don't know how to get my money back or at least I want them to reship it when I am at home.
So beware of this company.. don't buy anything from this company. If you want to do it. You will take the consequences.
Don't buy from them
The kids want Pokemon, but the company is a sham! Don't buy from this outfit! If you do, you'll be sorry. On December 6th, I ordered gifts from PokemonCenter.com for my 5 and 7 year old nephews for Christmas. A package arrived a few days before Christmas, but included only 2 of the 4 items ordered (the 2 least expensive items of course). The company did not notify me that my items were unavailable, back-ordered, etc, and they charged my credit card in full on the date of order. I tried to contact the company by phone, with no luck. So, I went out to the stores and bought replacement gifts for the boys. Then I proceeded in my efforts to contact the company, by phone, by email, by website. All with no luck. The company simply sends an auto-reply saying how sorry they are for their poor service and that they will correct the issue within a couple of weeks. HA! They do nothing. I've tried 3 times to get them to credit my account for the un-shipped items. Too much effort for a stinking $40 credit and a lousy company that lets the kids down. Shame on them!

Package claims delivery but it never arrived. There is no contact info to report this anywhere. Their contact us just leads no where on their website. I have seen where others complained about the same thing and were provided a contact website but that lists as no longer available now. Aren't companies required to provide contact info?
I went to game stop to look for some Pokemon cards and bought this dawn wings necrozma tin. when I got home I opened the tin and got only 3 starter packs.! please help
