Been trying to withdraw my funds for over a year. They want to verify the card # with the transaction. They asked me to submit documents containing Debit Card# with proof of transaction on my bank statement. The issue is that the bank does not include Debit Card numbers on bank statements. This is absolutely poor customer service and a ridiculous process when they can't even see that there is a problem with the verification process to withdraw.
Claimed loss: $158.09
Desired outcome: I want my funds from my account. Support Request [protected] started 2024-04-22 My Debit Card had to be replaced. Started all over to verify new Debit Card to withdraw- PO Support request [protected]. It's been more than a year!
