This app is worthless. I’ve attempted to use it twice and both times my small deposits have gotten locked up unable to do anything with for 7 days. The first time I get it the second time it’s just ridiculous. Who puts money into a wallet or anything for that matter and expects to not be
Able to use it. And the reply from. Customer service was to wire to ach, well there’s no option for that either sooooo thanks.

I would say avoid this “exchange” my id verification has been ongoing for TWO YEARS… does that seem normal or reasonable to anyone?! Then when emailing support about that the agent defers to their coworkers and send links to a 404’d page so even if I wanted to connect with the coworker the agent deferred to instead of actually assiting I couldn’t your “customer service” agent Jelena R. is lazy, unhelpful, and bad at their job.

Great app, structured security that is not intuitive and holds the account hostage until you figure out their non-communicated and non-explainable draconian business model.

All good with you depositing funds, but getting something out like a crypto transfer to another account/wallet is blocked, with a misleading message that the 2FA meeds to be re-established. Customer support is friendly and clearly following a script. Avoid avoid avoid - negative experience.

This is the worst app for buying and sending btc. I have deposited twice and both times my funds were held over 7 days when it tells you the funds will be deposited instantly. The second time I deposited my funds were held and I am still unable to do anything with them and it has been 3 weeks. I have reached out to support and have yet to hear from anyone. They keep telling me they are working on my issue and it’s been 2 weeks of them not giving me any answers. If I could rate them 0 I would.

I originally downloaded this app to trade a crypto they said I could trade when I looked it up online. I deposited $100 to then find out they don’t trade the crypto I was wanting to. I tried to pull my money out but I had to wait 10 days and then I also have to do a 1-5 day wire transfer to get my money. Last they charged me a $25 transfer fee for a $100 transfer. I’m never using this app again or recommending it, there is plenty of other apps like Coinbase, Robinhood, or Kraken that are a million times better.

First of all if you can’t speak English. Do not download this application
The email support is crap. They are very limited and barely respond no matter the urgency of your complaint.
They just refer you to their call center. And if you don’t speak English fluently they ask you to get a family or friend to use as translator. They can choose not to credit your account after you have made your bank deposit. This is the most useless crypto based app in the world. I lost $2600 to these people do not download

Seriously I can’t recommend this app to anyone anymore and if you’re seeing this you have to run away from it. I can’t believe I deposited my money into the app and traded for crypto, unfortunately, I can’t take them out had to contact the support gave them the necessary info, and had a zoom call which I think it’s nice just to protect my account. After the procedure I was told to hold on some minutes then I will be able to withdraw from my wallet I didn’t get any response to date and my money is there no one is fixing that yet and it’s annoying. Kindly stay away from bjtstamp

Honestly, we should call authorities since they are seizing are money and pretending to help. Coinbase will verify you within minutes while these people will take weeks or even months. Check their Twitter support. They are a broken record, constantly telling to email support, but have no real solution to your withdrawal problem.

Everyone should go to Coinbase at this point. Everyone involved in this app should be ashamed of their incompetence. If you actually care about your clients, you would open up accounts asap instead of repeating your useless support email like mindless puppets.

I’ve had funds with this app for over a year. Been trying to move them to another account. They have a $20 minimum to withdraw. Anything under that is basically THEIRS now. Can’t close and remove it. Probably the most scammy crypto app available. Now I can’t sign in without a 6 digit auth code (understandable). I wrote that code down on file and the app will not accept it. Now I have to do a 2 step verification pictures of my ID and by recording me =camera-instructing me to look over my left shoulder and repeat the numbers ‍♂️. Literally took almost an hour of retries that clearly never worked. Finally it submitted with no recording ‍♂️ and followed with a email saying they will respond soon.

What a waste of time. Just use Coinbase like normal people.

Hi,
Plain and simple if you want an app for crypto trading with indicators this is the best I’ve seen so far.

That being said since I don’t see a feedback option in app I’ll leave it here. Using both the app and the website often I will say it’s frustrating that so much functionality is lost between the two. Some customization for your indicators on app would be great because dark mode is your enemy since you can’t change indie colors and dark blue for keltner channels makes them impossible to see.

Also when trying to look at specific bar volume with your finger on the chart not being able to just move your finger to check certain price levels and such is frustrating, the entire chart moves rendering the feature useless.

This is my main crypto exchange, it is far superior to coinbase pro even with the lack of customization but I would still love to see these improvements over time.

I am CEO of an exchange with a licence in Estonia, working with BitStamp for more than 4 years - meanwhile we have a lot of phone calls and fees negotiations - good communication and fair Partnership.

My company developed a software that gave Live Exchange Offices to exchange Fiat to crypto and Crypto to Fiat in a fast way possible.

For the last 5 months I am playing PING-PONG with Bitstamp - risking my business.

I answered with documents requested and speed replies to all their questions WHAT I get back : NOTHING - SILENCE - every email reply its after 1 week and with no conclusion regarding my requests.

I want to know IF there is anybody in this world that can wait 5 months with 200k blocked and say nothing in PUBLIC.

I respect my Partners - I understand that in crypto there are questions and answers - WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS - when My 4 years partner avoid my emails - avoid my calls and keep my MONEY BLOCKED with no reason.

Waiting forward to resolve my problems

Without any prior notice today I received following notice from Bitstamp:

"After careful consideration, Bitstamp decided to terminate Your access to Your Account in accordance with our Terms of Use. Your account will be terminated from the date of this notice having been received by you. This notice shall be treated as having been served upon completion of the transmission of this email.

The decision to terminate your Account has been reached following a close examination of your recent account activity and information which you have provided. It is our view that any continuation of our relationship would not be appropriate at this time due to internal policies."

I was trying to solve issue/mistake by contacting their complaint department and by the phone but with no success. Since I did not do anything with my account just add more funds several months ago it is very confusing for me. I must say I am socked...

So,this site which I used for many years lost almost 2.5btc after one of their many updates on ther app which kept changing the layout. The layout charged my bitcoin out of existence and I've been so mad I got tired of being mad.

Tried contacting support but it was clear they were mostly just computer generated replies, customer service on the other hand was absolutely useless, there was no resolution on their part either.

Not sure if they plain just lost my coin though IT incompetence or actually stole it from me.

My account was blocked after I did a deposit to the exchange. they requested a video call and numerous KYC information. I fulfilled all request immediately.

It has now been 3 weeks and I received an email confirming that my KYC was concluded but the account is still blocked.

I do not get any substantive information about the process, only that they will get back to me but this does not appear to happen.

This is not a good exchange to use if this is the way they treat their customers.

i just want to remove my funds from the exchange.

bitstamp has no problem at all taking your funds ,but as soon as you try to withdrawl anything ,they block your account from any withdrawl, then they tell you ,you must do a video verification process, which i did ,with someone that had screaming kids in the background,,, then they tell you that an email will be sent to you in a day or two,,its been well over 2 weeks ,,no email,, ive numerous calls to there support ,and you get the same run around , every time ,,we are still reviewing your account ,,,yet when you read the fine print in there agreement it states once your account is inactive for a certain time they cancel your account and steal your money ,,,,,

When will I get a response? It's been 2 weeks, and I don't see the response to unlock my account,

because I sent you, payment of Dominican taxes, payment support of my salary, investment portfolio, also commercial registry of my company, and if you notice the transfers were made from a bank to your account and then I bought the tokens, they are my savings.

I am posting my situation on all social networks, I don't want to close my account, just restore it and give me my funds back.

In the description for the app they claim they allow you to trade XRP but It doesn’t show up in the search. The only reason I downloaded the app was for that. Other wise the app looks functional and well laid out but where is XRP?

Guys, this app suppose to help making quick actions on the Bitstamp exchange, not the opposite. With 3.0 release you added unnecessary step for trading which will bring frustration, especially during rough movements. Disappointed:/

Do not download this app. You will not be able to withdraw your funds. It has already been a week and even with several emails back and forth, nothing has been resolved. I should have read the recent reviews before using this app. BEWARE!

Had an issue with transferring money into my account and submitted a help ticket, ended up having to call customer service who are basically just there to listen because they don’t have the ability to do anything besides open another ticket. Great app if you’re not a serious investor.

It’s been 2 weeks with funds in this account and a support ticket open where the customer service will not know any deal updates of what’s going on and no indication of when the money will be able to be withdraw back to my bank account.
TERRIBLE ! Worst and most unreliable application

They tell you on their website and in the header of this application that you can trade XRP but they lied. Stop advertising that you can! Garbage. Will be withdrawing immediately and refusing to use your application because of this. I’ll gladly stick with my other app and forgo trading XRP.

Look at the most recent reviews and don’t be fooled. Took 10 days for a deposit to hit and then about 12 hours to withdraw. Not sure why that isn’t fairly instant. Then a 100 dollar withdraw I only received 90. Certainly not because they used fast gas. Better options out there for sure to use.

They called themselves old exchange but service and interface wise still very bad compared to all other exchanges.

They have not given SGB tokens still and scammed it’s all old users who trusted them. Not sure if they will give other airdrops came with XRP also now.
Very bad and they lost all trust.

You can put money in and presumably buy bitcoin and other crypto currencies but on every occasion I’ve tried to take money out it disappears from the account and never shows up in the bank account.
Theirs calculated risk in all trading but this app is a scam don’t waste your time or money in this black hole.

The app makes it’s far too difficult to transfer from wallet to wallet and has a minimum on transfers. 2fa is glitched on the app (iPhone X) and forced me to reset it, preventing me from using the app and moving my funds.

On top of that, they literally charge 2/3 of the amount of crypto for moving it from wallet to wallet

Bitstamp just terminated my account with no notice. Now I can’t log into the app , I can’t transfer my coins out to my coinbase account either. All my money is “ stuck” . Called customer service ,and while someone actually answered the phone I suspect they were in India not London and no one could help. BUYER BEWARE!

I withdrew £20k and hours later it still hadn’t arrived to my Faster Payments UK account. I have asked support 4 times and the girl refuses to let me know how long withdrawals are meant to take. She won’t even specify if it’s hours or days or months. She has now given me an email address for complaints! Well here’s my complaint. Do better.
