Planned Parenthood Federation Of America [PPFA] - closing before posted business hours

I don't care that I showed up 4 mins before 4pm. They said they were open until 4pm. I needed emergency contraceptive. Walked up to the door and it was locked...! It wasn't even 4pm. If your hours state that they are open until 4 p.m. their doors need to be unlocked until 4 pm. There are people that sometimes depend on knowing when they are closed and when they are open. if I can out with a positive pregnancy test because of this I will sue planned Parenthood.
