Planet Fitness review: Customer service

Hi, I been a member at planet fitness for a long time now, my home gym is in mattapan, yesterday I went to planet fitness in dorchester. I forgot to bring my card with me so I gave them my name when they looked up they found an open account on my name that I cancelled long time ago, I didnt even know it was still there, but I do have an active account that I use, I understand that the policy wont allow me to workout if I do have an outstanding balance but the way the assistant maneger handled the situation was extremely rude, I was trying to understand what was going on and she was talking to me like she wanted to fight, instead of explaning everything to me, she keep shouting to my face that I cant workout because I owe them money, I had to talk to the manager, mike, on the phone who explained everything to me.
Im extremely disappointed about yesterday, the main reason I go to the gym is because I have anxiety disorder, I go to the gym to feel better and yesterday I left more anxious.
Thank you, I personally dont want to go to planet fitness anymore but I truly hope that the assistant manager at dorchester wont talk like that to the others costumers.
