There is a 90 days refund policy they will not honor now

After owning the Craft4x B2338 loathe for one month, we encountered multiple difficulties with the product (tool rest broke, belt broke and is extremely difficult to replace). Through Busy Bee Tools a belt can be ordered, and takes a week or more to receive. There is a 90 days refund policy they will not honor now! The things that are wrong with it are a result of it being a poor quality item.
