Assa Abloy Entrance Systems

I wanna talk about Assa Abloy Entrance Systems. My small biz, Pet Supplies Plus, had a prob with our auto doors and the keypad said to "call for service". I called the 800 number and they came to check it out. They said the keypad needed a reset and that someone else had the device and they'd come back. They charged my biz credit card $410 for "service and parts, travel fees, labor", etc. for a "service" that never happened. I asked how they could charge me with no invoice (still haven't got one) or approval from me. They emailed back with no details or invoice. The tech came back the next week with the device to reset the keypad so it "wouldn't display that error for a very long time". He did nothing else and said the door was working right. The next day I got an invoice for ANOTHER $492 for travel fees, labor hours, etc., again for a reset of a code that took a few minutes with no other repair or maintenance done. They're trying to charge me over $900 for a guy to show up and do a 5 minute reset of a keypad. How is it my fault the tech didn't have his equipment the first time for a common reset? And if he did spend 1.5 hours in my store, most of it was talking about treats for his Yorkie with me. I've never had anything like this happen in my whole career. Can someone help me out?
