Placed an order and Piper Lou promptly charged my CC. The status of my order has been unfulfilled for three weeks. I have sent multiple emails all of which have been unanswered. I have called multiple times to only have the phone ring continuously. I even sent an instant message via Facebook, crickets no response.
While the items appear to be cute don't waste your money on something you will never receive. Credit card company has been contacted.
Recommendation: Save your money and your time shop elsewhere!

Total scam or incompetence — either way, you did the right thing with your credit card company. Warn others and move on.
Piper Lou is one company that i totally loved watching their collection on LIVE through tik tok and decided to gift my sister and my niece an awesome tshirt. well they were prompt into charging my cc quick but i have yet to receive my order. Ive sent msgs on her LIVE and she totally would ignore my comments but then she insisted that alot of comments were being filtered or blocked by tiktok, in which i totally call BS, because she sees all the comments regarding a potential sale but when ur asking about ur order, she totally ignores you and picks and chooses what she can see, then if you keep asking she gets bothered and literally says on LIVE, oh not today and blocks you from the LIVE. Ive sent numerous of messages through the tik tok shop, and its just a robot answering for them and it just gets you more frustrated. These ladies have no sense of good customer service and i just wish their attitudes and attention were as good as how they are with the sales on their LIVES. As a customer service agent i do know that they have no customer service training AT ALL! I will definitely make sure that i get this company known for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT JUST TAKE AND TAKE BUT GIVE NOTHING BACK!
