Great American company and business ethics that truly stand beside their products. Their customer service is amazing and always reaching out to make sure that the customers are satisfied with their orders. I have ordered from them 3 times by now and will order again without any reservations. They are a bit slow on the shipping side due to the custom nature of their product, but worth the wait.

Great American company. ***! Easy to view and order from the website. Finding the correct size and style was easy - just follow the directions on the website. Worked great the first time and I have the proper size for holster and belt. Great holster - comfortable and east to break-in. Better than other holsters I have worn. Comfortable for all day wear.

Versacarry Just received my Versacarry Delta for my Hellcat

Just received my Versacarry Delta for my Hellcat. Fits perfectly after following the instructions. Quality leather, soft lining, sturdy stiching. Love the "distressed" look. Disappears under light shirt, very comfortable for all day wear. This is my second Delta, I use one for my S&W SD40VE. Couldn't be happier with them. Ordered it on Friday and received it the following Monday! Thanks for your fantastic products and services.

After recieving a solicitation from Versacarry, I ordered 2 Commander Holsters. I was very impressed with the quality workmanship and price, I ordered belts, one black one brown to match my Commander Holsters! My wife did not measure my waist correctly, the belts arrived but they did not fit. I contacted Versacarry, without hesitation a claim was initiated they will either refund or replace the belts. Wow, that's good customer service. Thank you Versacarry! Thank you, Gino

12/29 Tell us about your Versacarry experience The purse was a Christmas gift to my wife. Not for for carry, but just as a purse. The reason I selected your purse was the zippers on both sides. Billie (my wife) is always searching for her keys, glasses, cell phone, etc. I thought with the multiple zippers, she could have more access. That part is true. What I did not know is just how many different pockets and hiding places there are with this purse. There is a pocket for everything! She absolutely loves it. Would recommend in your product description you highlight all the different pockets and storage places you get in this great leather purse! AND mys sister-in-law loves it ,too. So I'm buying one for her birthday! Overall, how would you rate your experience?

The holster is OK but there shipping method sucks. I order 2 holster first part of January and I recived one in a week. The second one got lost in the mail and it's now 90 days later and I still don't have my second one.

They do not back their products when they are wrong. Expect you to pay shipping both ways. My answer is throw it in the garbage and buy from a reputable company. They obviously could care less once they have your money. Beware.

I had ordered a leather belt and holster from Versacarry. Their ordering process and instruction on how to order the correct size for both items were not only clear and easy to understand and follow, they insured I received the proper sizes in both items I purchased. One thing that made my choice to purchase from Versacarry is their products are made by them in the USA! I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of both products! I would highly recommend them to whoever may be looking for leather holsters and belts. I'd give them more stars if it was possible!

I had seen the ads and finally decided to give Versacarry a try. Aside from unavoidable covid related delays, ordering, processing, and shipping was extremely fast. This still a small business, and to be keeping up with their volume during a pandemic shows the dedication to their customers needs. I got my gear about 1.5 to 2 weeks after placing the order, which was perfectly in line with the delay disclaimers. The product I received was incredibly well built, with heavy leather and very secure stitching and fastners. I was originally worried about the fit of my gun since the holsters aren't custom molded, but those fears went away once I gotmy gun properly seated and followed the included instructions. It is extremely secure and fits like it was custom molded just for my gun. I did have to exchange the belt, because as it turns out I'm fatter than I thought and needed a bigger one. Versacarry was very prompt and courteous setting up an exchange and the process was fast and easy. Versacarry put on a master class in customer service and delivering a quality product at a really unbelievable price point. They could easily charge double for these heavy duty pieces, but they keep it where us regular folks can afford them. They have earned a lifelong customer with me.

This Ranger holster has been fantastic and has lived up to the bill in every way. Both the fit and finish are superb. I just placed my third order with Versacarry and am looking at other products from Versacarry now as they are all made in the USA!

Versacarry Ridiculous company

Ridiculous company. Placed 2 orders. 1st March 31st, second 4/9. They took my money. Never shipped either of my orders. Contacted them via email on [protected] was told miraculously my order was shipping out that day and that I would receive shipping confirmation with tracking info. It's been over a week now and no order, no shipping confirmation, NOTHING. Try calling and get put on a cycle then it just hangs up on you. They have an option to leave a message for someone to call and their mailbox is full and hangs up on you. Now I can't get an email response back from anyone. I will never ever buy from this company.

Versacarry I had recently placed an order for a holster, but realized it was an open carry variant

I had recently placed an order for a holster, but realized it was an open carry variant. After this realization, I was not able to call the company due to the offices being closed for the day. The following day I had not received any confirmation, however, it was the simply the day after and was not too adamant on corresponding through email anyways. I called the customer support line, on two separate occasions, and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes altogether until an employee, Heather, was able to assist me with a full refund. Although I have never received a product form Versacarry, I am still giving the company 3/5 stars (although I wish it could be 2.5) due to a lengthy hold time. I feel as though this is fair review due to the ease of my refund, but the long and somewhat annoying wait time to speak to a rep. Updates concerning my review may come if any further difficulty arrises with the final transfer of fund to my bank account. - Jamie B

The website states that it will take UP TO 17 BUSINESS DAYS to fulfill orders. I submitted an order March 26th. I am currently at 21 business days without fulfillment. I submitted 2 messages about this order and have never received a response.

Versacarry I purchased 3 holsters from *** on 3/20

I purchased 3 holsters from *** on 3/20. I was informed that my order would be fulfilled & shipped within 17 days. As of today (4/28) it has been 40 days and I have not received my order. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service at ***. First on 3/26. 2nd email sent on 4/16. 3rd email on 4/27.

Versacarry On April 7, I placed an online order (Order Number ***); on April 8, the bank processed the funds ($25.74)

On April 7, I placed an online order (Order Number ***); on April 8, the bank processed the funds ($25.74). At the time of the order, the Versacarry website said that orders would ship within 17 business days; that would have meant shipping by/prior to May 1. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via telephone (during the hours they specify 12 noon to 5 PM CT) and progress through the system as if calls are being answered only to hear that the mail box is not set up and an error has occurred-their system disconnect my call. On May 1, I did receive a "canned" response to an email saying thank you for contacting us and someone one would be in touch. It is now May 6.
