I done ordered from Spilsbury a few weeks back and I still ain't got my stuff yet. I called 'em up and they said I might get it by early-mid December. Ain't no sorry or nothin' for the trouble they done caused me. I was tryin' to get a present for my mom's birthday and that done come and gone. At this rate, I might not even get it by Christmas.

I was hoping to have everything in time for Christmas, but now I won't get the rest of my order until January 3rd. That's way too late! I spent $25 on these items, and it feels like a total waste now.

I done ordered a whole bunch of puzzles from Spilsbury on 11/3/16, spent almost $150 on them. But guess what? Ain't got them yet! They cashed my check on 11/10/16, but still no puzzles. I tried to track them down with the tracking number Spilsbury gave me, but FedEx don't know nothing about it. I done sent two emails to Spilsbury complaining about this mess, asking for my money back or for them to send me my dang puzzles. But they ain't done nothing yet. But, when I got a message that only one puzzle was available, they should have only charged me $7.99 for shipping. Plus, the free puzzle they gave me was messed up with a huge hole in the middle. Is that how they get rid of their broken stuff?

I recently bought a Spilsbury puzzle for my wife as a gift. It was the "Caught Napping" puzzle, which had 1000 pieces and featured a beautiful painting by Persis Clayton Weirs. I spent a total of $51 on this puzzle, which I thought was a fair price for a high-quality product.
However, my wife quickly became frustrated with the puzzle. She found that some of the edge pieces didn't lock together properly, and had to be taped together with Scotch tape. This was a major annoyance for her, as it made the puzzle much more difficult to complete.
In addition, she also complained about the amount of "puzzle dust" that came with the product. Apparently, there was a lot of dust and debris that came off the puzzle pieces as she was working on it. She ended up putting all the pieces in a colander and shaking it to get rid of the excess dust.
Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of this puzzle. I wish I had read some reviews before making the purchase, as it seems that other customers have had similar issues. However, I don't plan on contacting the company to complain or ask for a refund. I'll just have to "eat" the $51 and move on.
As another reviewer mentioned, I would give this product less than one star if I could. It's a shame, because the painting itself is beautiful and would have made for a great puzzle if it had been better made.

I placed two orders and paid with your representative. 1st 11-30-22 & 12-3-22. Today 12-16-22 and NOTHING. Received message from FedEx of delivery date which came and went. Called FedEx shipment in Ohio due to Spilsbury (guaranteed) delivery is the lowest on their priority list I will receive sometime before Xmas. Again I was told by your Rep. No later than 12-12-22. Social media will be notified of your terrible company.

I have been waiting for too long
How long will I have to wait? I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my order to arrive and there was never any sign of it.
Needless to say, I have a tracking number and I didn't use it till I understood that there was something wrong with my order. It turned out that it was false.
Ok, maybe it was a usual thing, so I called customer support. They confirmed that my tracking number was not working, but didn't help me out anyway.
Not even their representatives were aware of where my order was.
It's terrible. It was probably lost.
I will wait for one more week and then will ask for a refund...

I bought something from this site and made my order over a month ago and still haven't received anything! When I contacted Spilsbury their support assured me my order was on its way. I waited patiently but time passed and nothing. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they said that I need to wait a bit longer. No news from the seller
We bought 3 puzzles from the website www.spilsbury.com. It was big mistake, and now we would like to ask for the help. We placed the order a month ago, but still no news from the seller. He didn’t confirm the order and hasn’t sent the order at all. He started to ignore us and impossible to reach him, so we wanted to ask for any advice or assistance. We want our money back. And be careful if you buy from them.

I also ordered from Spilsbury on 12/18. The order screen said order by mid day 12/19 and receive for the holidays. Received my confirmation email.
Today is the 28th and no order. I called customer service and they said it had been canceled due to credit card denial. No way. So she asked if wanted to retry. I said I was going to call the credit card company first. She then said it could be something as simple as wrong expiration date on card and sure enough she gave me the wrong date. After following through with the order, I find it convenient that before I tried to straighten out with cc company, she offers that the date could be wrong. I'm suspicious by nature and have to believe that they couldn't fulfill their orders and are using this as an excuse. Even if this is not the case, I received a confirmation email but no cancellation email. She said that was not their policy. I am very disappointed.
