Piper Lou Collection review: Shipping takes too long!

I've placed a few orders with Piper Lou. The first couple orders came quickly and I had no complaints. I then placed another order in February and it took a month to receive my order. I emailed the company, only to receive a generic response saying their "elves" were working hard to fulfill my order. I ordered again on April 14, 2025 and my order still says unfulfilled. I emailed again asking about my order to receive the same generic email stating it takes 7-14 days for items to ship (not including weekends and holidays). Well it's now been 16 days and my order still says unfulfilled. It also says to look under the item you ordered for a timeframe for shipping and under what I purchased it says 7-10 days. Obviously that isn't true. If you are going to run all these sales, then you need to have the capability to get the orders shipped in a timely manner. Nothing I ordered was custom, it was all items advertised through a sale they were having. I wanted so badly to support this business, but this will be my last order. Don't waste your money! Unless you have months to wait for your order.
