As someone who recently underwent a craniotomy just five weeks ago, I am now facing the daunting task of radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy. This is my second surgery, but these new therapies are completely uncharted territory for me.

I recently made a purchase from HeadCoversUnlimited, also known as headcovers.com, for three wigs that totaled $4,500. The first wig arrived before I received any tracking information, which was a bit surprising. However, upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find that the wig had a red tint to it. I decided to call the customer service number and was assured twice, by a person who was also reading the stated policy, that I would have it on Thursday. I was relieved to hear this and waited patiently for my wig to arrive.

Finally, after a few days of waiting, I demanded a tracking number and discovered that it was not coming by FedEx ground, but rather UPS ground. To make matters worse, it was coming from the west coast, which made it physically impossible for it to arrive in just four days by road.

I was really frustrated and asked for a refund of my five dollars. However, they refused to give me my money back and kept their precious five bucks. I was really disappointed with their customer service and felt like they didn't care about my experience as a customer.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I bought a wig from them, but it wasn't what I wanted, so I sent it back on July 5th. It's now July 31st, and I still haven't received my replacement wig. They say they have to get approval from their vendor before they can send me a new one. That's ridiculous! I bought the wig from Headcovers, not their vendor. It's like buying bread from a store and then having to get approval from the baker to return it.

Every time I talk to them, they say they don't know what's taking so long. But now that I'm getting upset, they're saying the wig had makeup on it and smelled bad. I never even wore the wig! They're just trying to insult me because they feel pressured.

Despite being at home all day on the promised day, no delivery was made. My husband was also home and our dogs would have barked if anyone had come onto our property. In tears, I sent them an email about the non-delivery and received a reply the next day that claimed a delivery attempt had been made but no one was there to sign for it and a note had been left on the door. However, I never received a note and subsequent attempts at delivery were missed due to doctor's appointments and other commitments. The wig was eventually returned to the shipper, which was fine with me since I no longer needed it for my event.

When I contacted HeadCoversUnlimited to request a refund for the wig and shipping, they refused to take responsibility and told me to contact FedEx instead. However, when I contacted FedEx, they said they couldn't refund me directly and that HeadCoversUnlimited would need to initiate the refund. I recently purchased the SW-400-BLW Blue/white and SW-400-3770 Ocean Splash retro petal flower swim caps from HeadCoversUnlimited (headcovers.com) and I must say, I was disappointed with the quality of the products. When compared to other swim caps I have ordered from this website in the past, these two caps looked like old stock. The white petals on the caps were dirty yellow with stains, which was not a good look at all. In addition, the caps felt stiff and were not comfortable to wear at all.

I live in Australia and it would be too much of a hassle to send the caps back and forth. I was thrilled to find a site that specifically catered to my needs and quickly placed an order for a wig. However, upon double-checking my order, I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size.

Panicked, I immediately called their customer service and explained my situation. To my relief, they were more than happy to help me out and upgraded my order to the correct size. They even sent me the first wig that I had ordered in the wrong size and deducted the cost from my account.

This company, HeadCoversUnlimited, is not a good experience. I ordered a topper from them and when it arrived, it was not the same color as the one in the picture. I was really disappointed and decided to return it for a refund. However, when I contacted them about the issue, they refused to give me my money back. They claimed that there was ink on the inside of the topper, which was impossible because I never even took it out of the packaging.

I was really frustrated with their response because I had spent $344.00 on this item and it was completely useless to me. I have light blonde hair and the topper they sent me was a medium brown. It didn't match my hair at all and I had no use for it. Despite my protests, they insisted on sending it back to me and keeping my money.

Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest and do not stand behind their products. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to buy from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

There's no difference between ordering from Head Covers Unlimited and a random Chinese website. The quality will be the same. The only difference is a price. It's much higher here. I wonder why.
I ordered a wig and it was really poorly made. You can't imagine how disappointed I was. Pictures on the website look really nice. I didn't expect to receive a terrible quality piece of crap. They said if I don't like it I can send it back at my expense. No way! It will cost more expensive than this terrible wig.

I am here to prevent you from purchasing from them!
