Found’s customer service department, following a series of deeply troubling experiences has resulted in both financial and emotional distress.
Over multiple interactions, I have encountered a consistent pattern of dismissiveness and obstructionism from Found’s representatives. My inquiries regarding missing funds have been repeatedly stonewalled, by simply ignoring my 1 and ONLY question at least 10x's on 1 call deflecting accountability, or providing vague, unhelpful responses. This behavior not only undermines trust but also compromises the integrity which I still haven't seen.
Most disturbingly, during one interaction 3 calls each I was talked down to, in addition to a supervisor resorted to abusive language and cursed at me over the phone. This unacceptable and unprofessional conduct has left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and victimized. Since that encounter, my efforts to resolve ongoing issues — including locating missing funds — have been met with being told I'm blocked from phone support for 48 hours, evasiveness, and a clear lack of willingness to assist.
As a loyal customer, I expected a basic standard of respect, transparency, and problem resolution. Instead, I have endured stonewalling tactics, condescension, and outright hostility.
I WILL forward all complaints to proper Government channels for a full investigation into the conduct of Founds customer service representatives, including the supervisor who verbally abused me.
Recommendation: DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY - THEY AREN'T A BANK, THEY'RE A SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY & TRIES TO HIDE IT
