Service Sangat biadap

Saya Nad Lee datang ke tpt Bagus holiday sdn bhd jam 3.41pm
Saya hanya bertanya di counter adakah saya boleh print sticker bagasi disini.
Dia terus dengan suara yg tinggi menjawab semua ini u pergi airport print.
tapi saya dapat info dari ejen saya, saya boleh meminta company tersebut print sticker bagasi untuk saya.
saya rasa tak puas hati sebab staff tersebut sangat2 kurang ajar dan biadap.
Saya meminta company tersebut boleh merujuk di cctv jika ada pada jam 3.41petang masa kejadian.
staff perempuan bangsa cina, pakai baju coat warna hitam dan berkaca mata.
