Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT]no internet, cable and landline for 2 weeks already

We have been calling your hotline number 171 almost every day since we've lost our connection on cable, internet and landline. We are updated with our payment but all of sudden the connection got cut. It's been 2 weeks and until now nothing no action has been done. What your customer service representative always says that the technicians have been dispatched but until now no one is coming.

Will you please do some actions, our telephone number is our ticket # [protected]. We are located in Mandaluyong.

Also, don't charge us for the days that we did not use your service.

Thank you and hoping for your immediate actions on this matter.
