I have been happily using Flash Speed Mop Wet Cloths for some time.
Unfortunately, they appear to have been changed to a far, far inferior quality product.
They no longer have the re-enforced "scrubbing" strip across the edge and the wipe itself is softer and constantly crumples and pulls out of the fixings on the mop head.
Are the original type still available? If not, I suggest that you re-introduce them. I would rather pay more for a better product.
I have tried to send this query through your website contact page, however, it refuses to accept the name of the product or the bar code numbers [protected]), saying they are not recognised. Also, in the absence of any valid email address for complaints, I contacted your press team requesting that they forwarded my complaint but I heard nothing back (apart from a standard 'Out of Office' type response which gave the email address for questions and comments as spr.ly/pgcontactus. This email address is invalid even if '.com' is added.)
I welcome any comments.
