I have taken my pup to Petsmart for 8 months with no issue until yesterday. As I got there to pick her up, she was waiting by the check in. I couldn't see her clearly as they asked if she had a red spot by her ear. I told them she does get a little red from anxiety. I had to go pay so my fiance stayed to get her harnessed. They never said anything to him then released my dog while i was paying. I took her to the truck right outside and as we drove off, I immediately saw my pup had been bruised on her head by her ear! She is bruised terribly and I am just sick! I spoke to Jenny, the manager and nobody can say exactly what happened to her. Possibly Travis shoved her into the kennel? We will never know. I do know that I will stop doing business with Petsmart, as well as encouraging others to say no to Petsmarts abusive staff. I am going to speak with attorney today as this should never ever happen! #stoptheabuse
