PetSmart rewards program

I have been trying to verify my email address for a week now but it keeps saying "oops we didn't see that happening, i can use my rewards number but my points will not show nor can i use them until my email is verified .
My email is [protected]@gmail.Com my pets name is kalli i've called the 800 number and they were not able to help me so i would like to know if you can . And yes i've tried from a desk top and my cell on the app.

PetSmart customer service

On October 17th, 2018, I went to petsmart on Poplar Avenue in Memphis Tn, to look for supplies for my new puppy. When I entered the store, the clerk at the register never acknowledged my presence because they were to busy on their cell phone. I walked around the entire store shopping for puppy specific items. No staff at any time asked if I needed any assistance or ever welcomed me to the store.

I never found any puppy specific supplies so I departed the store. I walked right by two staff and again they never said a word to me. I believe I can get better assistance at other facilities in Memphis and do not think I will be back to PetSmart. I just want to inform you how poor your customer service was at this facility.

PetSmart customer service - horrific

I went there this evening to the Pets Smart in Taylorsville and the young clerk in training forgot to put my puppy training pads in the cart, instead he placed them directly behind him, out of my reach, and even asked if I wanted them in a bag. I said no, cart is fine. Well he forgot to put it in the basket, and I had so much stuff, I didn't notice. Needless to say, I drove all the way out there, they met ne outside bc I'm in my pajamas, but when I asked for a coupon they said no. Their store lead, "Polly" not only said no, but accused me of leaving them behind. So you're clerk makes an error, and you blame it on the customer?! I'm going to tell everyone I can about how poorly I was treated at this site, so it discourages any one from using them. I asked her how is the store showing me they care, her response, "We brought them out to your car" I'm so disappointed at her and the way they are obviously not training their staff to own their mistakes, or care about about a customer, let alone a human, or an animal.

PetSmart grooming

I was at pet smart grooming salon on Innis rd in Orleans Ontario on Sunday October 7th 2018 my 5 month old border collie had an appointment for 12:30 for bath and blow dry. I walked in at 12:28 exactly when I first walked in I was treated so poorly I almost felt like I was abusing my dog the young lady approach my dog and started feeling my dog like she had been abused. She brought my dog and said we will call you back in 2:30 hours to pick her up I told her it doesn't take that long she told me listen it's thanksgiving weekend and we are busy. I left after 45 minutes she called me to come and get my dog and she said you're dog is a very aggressive dog and I should not return for service at pets mart. I told her my dog his not agressif and she said They had to put her in a cage I told the girl that my dog had never been put in a cage so Offcourse she probably was scared. I have left previous messages to the manager of salon and no return of call. I'm very upset at this my dog is really no a aggressive dog she's being trained for therapy dog she as been at pets mart store and salon many times.

PetSmart live superworms

I buy superworms for my reptile fairly often. Each feeding, he only eats 5 or 6. I was buying 50 count containers and started noticing that I was running out way quicker than I should considering the amount eaten every time. I continued to purchase the superworms from PetSmart, but started counting how many were in each container. They were short a very significant amount every single time. In each 50 count container, there was never only 44 or 39, but instead 30 or 35...always multiples of 5, which makes it clear that it's intentional and not just careless mistakes. I contacted the manager and told her about how I have been buying a "product" for some time and realize that I've only been receiving 60-70 percent of what is paid for each time. She acted surprised and said they must be receiving them that way, but assured me it would no longer be a problem. Shortly after, I moved to a different state. I found that the PetSmart there had the exact same problem, so I no longer shop at PetSmart for anything. Two locations in different states both doing this isn't a coincidence. They probably don't expect people to notice there being less, but it's hard not to notice such a large amount missing. The company is intentionally ripping off customers.

Same. I bought a 50 count container and I was 10 short. I know for sure because I sifted through all the substrate to look for worms and even remnants of cannibalized worms. With no loss it still would not have been 50. I have 10 sugar gliders and each are expecting 5 worms. 1 container, 1 feeding - they got shorted tonight.

PetSmart petsmart in milpitas run by a rude manager

I had a terrible shoppping experience with a store manager (Julie) and her cashier on October 5th around 8:40pm (Friday)at Petsmart in Milpitas, CA. No greeting and no self introduction from the manager. The situation was my husband trying to return a dog cone to the cashier and the cashier demanded for an original credit card in order to process for the return. My husband was told by the cashier that he wouldn't need to wait in the line again when he can get the correct credit card. So my husband found me in the store for the credit card and we went back to the same cashier (he was the only cashier at that night) in 2 minutes so I asked the cashier if he can process us next after he rang up previous client? The cashier told us to get back to the end of the line to wait again! There were 4 customers ahead of us and he still made us to wait until he finished ranging up those 4 customers/transactions. The cashier didn't fulfill what his word by telling my husband that he wouldn't need to be waited again. I then spoke to the store manager (Julie) about this incident and asked her if this is her store policy by having a customer to go back to the line after getting a correct credit card to re wait for all the customers to be ranged up? Julie was mean and rude saying she doesn't see any issue of having a customer to stand back to wait again until everybody is finished since the customer didn't have the correct credit card in hand in his first attempt of wait. I told her I have never seen other PETCO or Petsmart or Sprout treating customers so rude and disrespectful like in your Milpitas store, and I will complaint to your Corporate that you don't train your staff to handle customer service properly. Julie told me go ahead and complaint and she pointed at her name tag that her name is Julie. She didn't apologize to the situation and her attitude was extremely rude and she couldn't provide customer satisfaction response and she stood for her employee back to protect his wrongdoing. This manager shows no sign of corrective method and no apology to her clients when there is a complaint. Corporate should hire and train their staff with proper courtesy in order to reach customer satisfaction.

PetSmart fleas-grooming salon

I had my dog groomed on Sat. Oct. 6th. When I picked her up, she was covered in fleas. My dog is treated with Sentinel. Which does not kill adult fleas. Which means it stops the life cycle. Yet, she can still pick up an adult flea. It is possible that she could have picked up one flea elsewhere but to come home covered points only in one direction. When I called the store and spoke to the manager of the grooming salon, to advise, thinking there would be a procedure to follow with disinfecting the salon. The manager, immediately blamed myself/dog. Stating that it could not come from their salon. When I tried to explain my dog is treated with Sentinel. She stated if my dog was treated then she shouldn't have fleas. I tried to explain how Sentinel works, to explain why they had to have been picked up from the salon but she was adamant it did not come from the salon, instead of listening to what I was saying. All I wanted was someone to express their condolences, and state that a procedure would be followed. For my family to have to spend our Thanksgiving weekend disinfecting our entire house and spending well over $200 on treatment for my dog (when we already treat our dog with a preventative), and not even have someone apologize, is disappointing to say the least.

PetSmart maggots

At the beginning of July 2018, I purchased a bag of Purina Bella dog food "natural bites." When I got home, I noticed flaky like pieces (looked almost like dried skin pieces) in the food but thought nothing of it as I thought it might be part of the chicken. Well, a few days later my husband went to pour some of it into our dogs bowls and found maggots in the bag! TONS of maggots! In addition, tons of flies were taking over my pantry. This was EXTREMELY upsetting because this means I was feeding my dogs maggots! So, we called the Petsmart that we bought this bag of food from (8801 Southside Blvd Jacksonville, Florida 32256) and they apologized and asked us to come in for a fresh bag. When we got there, one of the managers (her name escapes my mind) apologized for the maggots and stated that "cheap" brands of food tend to have that possiblity (to attract maggots I suppose). So whatever, we got a new bag of dog food.

September 29, 2018 I went into the same Petsmart to buy a bag of dog food. Several bags had dried up flaky stuff (on the outside) which now I know are where the maggots lived and several flies flying around. This was disgusting and upsetting. I spoke to the manager (a different woman) and she stated that she was aware of the problem and that they've tried to get rid of them but can't do much more. Are you serious? How many people do you think have been feeding their dogs this crap? She then she asked me if I wanted a "fresh" bag from the back of the store since no maggots are there.

This is extremely unacceptable and is a serious problem that should be taken care of appropriately.

PetSmart grooming salon

I had booked an appointment for our 1 year old Goldendoodle to be groomed today., where he is usually groomed at the 14025 SW 88th St Miami, FL, 33186. I booked the appt online and requested grooming ONLY, which included:
Oxygen-infused bath with shampoo & blow dry
15-minute brushing
Haircut & light dematting
Nail trim
Ear cleaning, hair removal & flushing (if needed)
Scissoring feet & pad shaving
Sanitary trim
Anal gland cleaning

However, when I arrived I was charged an ADDITIONAL $22 for nail grinding and teeth cleaning which was not requested. The groomer, Lisa, insisted that my husband had signed for this service and indeed he had. He states that when he arrived she had a bunch of stuff checked off and he was in a hurry so he signed it. I asked for a copy of this and she refused, I then requested to take a picture of this and she also refused. I paid $96. a service that was to have cost $72.
To make matters worse, when I got home my dogs smelled. I looked him over, he was clean but when I checked his ears one was immaculately cleaned, the other was gross and disgusting and obviously had not been done (picture attached).
Thankfully the manager is refunding our money BUT, we still have to drive to the location and wait for it to be done again. It is not easy for us he is a large breed dog, very excitable and it is a mission to get to the store.

PetSmart grooming

I am so annoyed right now. I have been getting my dogs groomed at the petsmart on wheatland in duncanville for years and this is the 1st time I had to take my dog out of there before he had his service. 1st the receptionist was rude beyond anything I have ever witnessed. She kept insisting that my dog be shaved due to "mats" which he has none. The "groomer" kept talking as if I wasn't standing a few feet away stating she would do what she could but he would most likely need to shave him. That's not grooming. My dog is a yorkie and the last time I took him there he came out looking like a naked mole rat. Shaved close and looking horrible. I maintained his coat by brushing him daily and only brought him in to get his face, butt, and belly shaved and groomed. They told me he would be shaved to a #2 due to mats. Not acceptable nor true! The groomers on the floor were either paying attention to my conversation with the rude receptionist or treating the dogs they were grooming rudely (pulling his fur and talking to them mean) I would not want my dog who is already shaking out of his skin to be treated by mean groomers so I took my dog home and will not return! I treat my dog monthly with flea treatment and was told that my dog had fleas which he does not! She stated she would charge me extra for treatment. I was embarrassed as other customers looked on a she spoke to me in a rude way. I just told her to give me my dog and I left. It's unfortunate that I have to locate another pet groomer but I will because I don't trust this staff to do what is right.

PetSmart dog bite

Hello, Im writing to request the groomers records on a Dog that bit my leg in a check out line August 23 2018, at the petsmart in cambridge ontario, on hespeler rd, I would like to have the dogs information and history for my own records, the dogs name is Moose and the owners name is Matanah Jaleel from Mississauga Ontario, please let me know if I can have a copy of the dog grooming history and information on this dog.

PetSmart fresh step cat litter (35 lb. bag)

On August 14, 2018, I purchased two bags of this litter at your Rowlett, Texas Petsmart location. As I walked out of the store, I noticed the charge per bag was $15.99. I loaded my litter in my car then returned to the store and viewed the price sticker where the product was stored and noted the price was $13.49 per bag. I pointed out the discrepancy to the staff and promptly receive a refund of the difference.

To make a long story shorter, I experienced the same overcharge again at this store on August 23, 2018, also at the Petsmart in Rockwall, Texas on August 31, 2018, and finally again on September 20, 2018 at your Garland, Texas Petsmart. (I took a cell phone photo of the shelf price tag at each of these stores which are attached herein).

I enjoy shopping at your stores but am now wondering what other items I may have purchased at an inflated price.

PetSmart moorestown nj 0574 legal beagle

Within a week a motion will be filed on behalf of those bullied employees and managers that were bullied out of their jobs and careers by the Legal Beagle team. A failure of compliance by one Mrs. Angel James and one Mr. L'erin Gaines is the result of this legal matter with the courts. Since September 2017 til one Mr. Gaines resignation bullying of its employees and managers, which is illegal took place. The Legal Beagle team wants to thank the Philadelphia and Moorestown store for their input and evidence of bullying so that this lawsuit can and will occur.

The Legal Beagle team tried to resolve this issue peacefully and without going to the courts. A failure on Mrs. James end is the result of us filing for a motion. Good luck is not needed when the evidence is in abundance.

PetSmart employee rudeness not doing her job while we waited in line for 30 min

Pet smart store#0146 (cashier #637933) Holly.. enter store at 1045am did our shopping and got in line she was ringing up a gentleman so we waited for at least ten minutes for her to turn around and told us to go to check stand 2 so we said OK somebody would be there in a min OK she was just sitting there doing nothing so we waited about another fifteen minutes while she was doing nothing by this timei was really starting to get upset and told her I had grocery in the car she just wait he will be there waited 15 more mins only to turn around see her start ringing up another customer and three more got in line I looked at her and said is this cashier going to be here or not she said no so rudely so I got in line and waited till she took 3 more customers as I was walking out the manager came walking out and I told him all he said that he would talk to her.. So it was 11:37am we got out of there...30 min my grocery sat in heat.. Thank you..

PetSmart dog grooming gone bad

Today, I took our German Shepard dog to get groomed at our usual location where we has been going to get groomed for the past three years. the Associate filled out the paper work as usual and asked me " is there is anything we need to know about the dog so I can make the groomer aware of it?" I said "yes he is very timid and terrified of women and small dogs" I also added that the other groomer usually crate him for a bit until he calms down. Shortly after I dropped him off, the grooming associate called and asked me to pick him up because "he was not having it" when I arrived, the groomer -Rachel C- was annoyingly handling another dog who "was not having it" either. the dog wanted to stand on three legs and she kept pulling his front leg down and trying to force it on the table. They finally brought my dog out, half shaved, with the shaved hair still hanging to his side. She said he was agitated and they did not want to groom him today. My dog remained agitated for the entire one and a half hour drive home and it took me another hour to get him to calm down. This was the first time my dog behaved this way at this location in 3 years. I am convinced that the annoyance, aggressiveness, and lack of experience from your grooming associate played a big part, and the fact that they shaved half of the dog is infuriating to me. Has she took a minute to talk to the dog and get him to warm up to her none of this would have happened. I now have a half shaved dog. it is unacceptable.

PetSmart workers

I will try to keep this as short as possible recently we found a litter of baby squirrels my husband went to PetSmart one of your employees gave him his information and told us to bottle feed them we did and we basically drown the poor little babies and my children had to watch them die a slow death we went back to that same PetSmart unfortunately to buy a guinea pig thinking it would help recover from the loss of the baby squirrels we get the guinea pig home and have to bring it back the next day because it is very sick with fungus what is going on in that store you have employees that don't know what they're doing they're not keeping the cages clean and this is not only dangerous for those poor animals for for the customers going there she gave me the money back for the guinea pig and I did go to another PetSmart and get two guinea pigs who are healthy and home with us but the PetSmart close to my home something needs to be done I believe we need some kind of compensation or something or I'm going to put my words out there I have a lot of friends that go to this PetSmart I will steer them others I am going to enclose a picture of the baby squirrels your employee had a skill and a picture of the guinea pig we bought with fungus

PetSmart grooming services

I took my 5lb peekapoo to be groomed at the Southside Blvd location in Jacksonville
8801 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256 Phone: [protected]. When I got there I felt the tension in the air and the 2 dogs roaming around unattended. I got a call that my 5 month old was ready. When I arrived I was told she didn't do well and I wouldn't be happy with the results. I was told to pay then I could see my baby. She looked like a wet cat that had fought all night. I screamed for the manager and another groomer fixed her the best she could. Also when I arrived she was fussing at another person's dog. This is not the petsmart way. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. The manager was apologetic but Bella will never return to this location again.

PetSmart grooming

June my dog PJ fell off the grooming table, he fracture his back leg, it took bandied a month to find what was wrong, they referred me to vca hospital I took the xray and they gave me a invoice on how much it would cost it to petsmart July it now Sept. They keep telling me its in the regional manger hand haven't hear from no one I keep calling. No and I need to know before I take the next step.

PetSmart grooming services

I have taken my pup to Petsmart for 8 months with no issue until yesterday. As I got there to pick her up, she was waiting by the check in. I couldn't see her clearly as they asked if she had a red spot by her ear. I told them she does get a little red from anxiety. I had to go pay so my fiance stayed to get her harnessed. They never said anything to him then released my dog while i was paying. I took her to the truck right outside and as we drove off, I immediately saw my pup had been bruised on her head by her ear! She is bruised terribly and I am just sick! I spoke to Jenny, the manager and nobody can say exactly what happened to her. Possibly Travis shoved her into the kennel? We will never know. I do know that I will stop doing business with Petsmart, as well as encouraging others to say no to Petsmarts abusive staff. I am going to speak with attorney today as this should never ever happen! #stoptheabuse

PetSmart boarding my dog

I have boarded my dog for the past three years, petsmart, 641 baltimore pike, springfield pa. This year my dog niko, upon picking him up after my vacation 8/30/18. My niko was sick vomiting, diarrhea and had a red rash on his testicle. I went back to hotel and spoke to donna. She asked if my dog was not fixed and said this sometimes happens with the floors in suites, they get rashes. She then told me to take niko to banfield vet dr amber lee, and get niko checked. I did, he had a bad abrasion on testicle and an intestinal parasite (coccidia). He was given two different antibiotics. I am very dissappointed this year and will never take my niko to petsmart again,
