Petro Canada review: Customer services at 504 niagara st welland ontario at around 5pm on september 21 2021

Hello my name jesse and I went and put 50$in gas and I gave him a 100$bill he said he could not take it but he would not give it back to me he said I needed to wait for someone to come in that had changed for me tha I ask him to give me back the 100$ so I can go get change and he refuses to so I told him if your not allowed to take 100$ bill why wont you give me back my 100$ bill and than I had to put the full 100$in gas
