I took my dog in for a groom due to foul small after a romp in a ditch. I am in radiation therapy for cancer and while he’s an obedient dog it’s just too much for me. He was supposedly bathed with premium services and yet on the way home, with windows partially down, I could smell the foul. This occurred 3 weeks ago and I’ve filed numerous complaints, they’ve been escalated, corporate told me grooming mgr reported problem resolved (never spoken to her) multiple employees at this store have bad attitudes and they will flat out lie for each other and tell different stories every conversation. Sadly, corporate phone agents are no better with 3 promises to refund yet nothing done in 3weeks. Multiple escalations, multiple lies, much customer disrespect and one lie after another throughout this organization. I have emailed the District Mgr 2 times over a week ago, no response yet. Pectoral is a total disgrace to old fashioned honest business and I’ve not spoken with a single person who will speak truth and offer the proper resolution, a full refund for a shamefully garbage groom of my dog.
