Pep Boys on Rt. 35, Ocean NJ. Beware ladies.
Wayne (Service Mgr) and his mechanics will screw you. My girlfriend took her car in for front pads and rotors to be replaced. They took the car for 2 days, said the parts were not available, then charged her $600 (typical $250 job) My girlfriend was without a car for work and had no choice but to pay. They are rat's that prey on helpless victims. Beware! If I lived close to this place I would ring the necks of these low lifes. I am not done with these folks and will be following up with the BBB and State Consumer Affairs.‎

first off not all brake jobs are the same, every car is different, most cars do have the same basic layout, but you have to take into consideration the year, make and model of the car, if its newer and parts isn't readily available they have to outsource them, then if there's stuck calipers, slider pins etc, you cant just say every brake job is 250, its a car ### happens live with it, if you dont want to spend the money learn how to fix it yourself
