The Pep Boys review: 4 hours service

The pepboys auto care service at 38-50 21st street queens, ny. I bought my company car in yesterday for an oil change and inspection and waited 4 hours at the site. first, I presented my company fleet card (ari) to the auto care customer adviser (amir alfatihah) and he said i'm missing some information and he needs to make a call to ari. he took 30mins to make a 2mins phone call and finally got my car on the lift. I was told my car will be done shortly then I ended up waiting for 4 hours. I went to the back of the garage to check 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times, I saw my car on the lift with all tires taken out but no mechanic was working on it. I asked the adviser a few times to check on the status and all he told me was they're working on it with a bad altitude. I saw a few customers who came in after me and left (while staring right at the poster with pepboys promise for express service). finally when my car was done, I saw they've also done the front brakes and rotors on the bill (that I have never been informed about).
